  1. Mob shows up to your house with weapons wanting to drag your son outside and beat the shit out of him. Responsible to put one down and see if the rest scatter.

  2. Ok. Fuck that. You show up to my house with a group of 12 people threatening to cause bodily harm to my kid and then proceed to shoot it up with paintball guns breaking windows to goad him outside so he can possibly get killed by this angry mob. You're gonna get shot.

  4. I want ESPN to cover sports and do in depth nerd analysis like they did back in the 1990s, all while not taking themselves too seriously. Then they started thinking they were hot shit and they were the story instead of the sports being the story. And they can say whatever they want about Donald Trump or whomever on Twitter I just don't want that shit in my sports coverage. I mean I barely care what political pundits have to say about to say about politics, much less sports ones.

  5. We've got to stop imagining ourselves being cops and how we'd feel on the job. Cops aren't drafted, they choose their careers. Most of them love mixing it up with other people and chasing cars and having the backing of the state to do so. I'd hate it. So we have these rough guys who like the action. That also attracts sadists, bullies, and needlessly violent men. Mix them all up together in a paranoid culture where you never rat out a bad colleague, and you get this shit. A man is choked to death. Black people are arrested and shot in disproportionate numbers. The worst of our leaders break it down into good guys versus bad guys where we must support the good guys even if they're the bad guys. We're not a very subtle people.

  7. A decade ago I quit a job I hated on the spur of the moment, and while I was looking for a more permanent position, I took a job at a private children's ranch to help with expenses. It was for kids that had gotten in trouble with the law, but the state felt they had extenuating circumstances that caused their bad behavior (usually mental health related stuff), so instead of being put in the juvenile system, they were sent to live in group home with other children their age and attend a school run by the group home (ranch). When the kids were not in school they stayed in one of the group homes where they were supervised by 2 staff at all times. I had a job as a supervisor in one of those houses. A lot of these kids had severe emotional issues. Because of that staff were given access to their files so we could better understand their situations. A large percentage of these kids, boys and girls, had been sexually abused/raped. Parents letting their drug dealers rape their kids for drugs. parents pimping out their kids for cash, parents/relatives raping the kids in their care, kids getting raped by their parent's friends (often drug related) who crashed at their house. Stomach turning shit to read about, life altering shit for these kids to experience. The girls homes were the worst. A lot of these girls were cutters and had nasty scars up and down their arms and legs. They also were the ones who had the highest incidence of sexual abuse. The ranch had a policy of only using physical restraint in cases of the children being a danger to themselves or others. The supervisors in these girls homes were always female, but when girls where a danger to themselves or others they would call in male staff from other homes to help with the situation because of what always happened next. It sucked major ass to be called to one of these girls homes to help out. When male staff were forced to restrain them for their own safety, they would start screaming they were being raped and almost always 2-3 other girls would start freaking out as well due to flashbacks about the abuse they had experienced and often had to be restrained as well due to trying to self harm or attacking staff/other girls. It would just turn into a chain meltdown among the other females in the house due to what these girls had experienced. I can't even imagine the extra damage these girls would have experienced to their mental health, if forced to carry a baby to term from the incest/rape many had gone through. And if they kept the baby and tried to raise it, the damage that would have likely resulted to the child due to the mother's fragile mental health. Why do you think people who go to prison for crimes against children are brutalized by the prison population if they find out? It's because the prisons are full of people who were physically and sexually abused as children. Unfortunately, sexual abuse of minors is far more common than we would like to think.

  10. That representative questioning carson has a 10 year background in that industry, which is what she did before she was elected into congress. The issue is that the head of HUD didn't know this basic shit, and that carson didn't give a shit about the foreclosure rates that were kicking families out onto the streets as a first step rather than a last step. Although don't let me stop you from assuming that a woman isn't knowledgeable in a field just because you aren't.

  14. Real or not. They showed up at his house around midnight. Yelling that they were going to kill his son. These guys ranged from 16-22 years old. The bullet sponge was 19. His kid is 17. I don't feel sorry for him the dead guy one bit.

  15. Let's be clear, Perroni is a proven liar. Go back and review the things he's written over time that have then been almost immediately contradicted by a recruit committing or decommitting, etc. He's almost a bizarro world weather vane wherein once he confirms something, the opposite occurs. Taking things one step further, I've told a Casey Hampton story on the Internet since the early days of my posting, which was on GoBig12 and then Hornfans. I won't repeat the story here in totality, but the gist is that Hampton took the center on our team and threw him at the QB on one snap in the middle of the game, causing a sack and fumble. GBall routed us that season 69-14. I have been asked about it every now and then over the years, and I'll write the story. I did so on 247 at one point when Perroni was covering the UT boards for them. Fast forward a few years, this fuckface has appropriated the story and transposed it as it happening against Clear Lake while Perroni was there or viewing it. So I call him on it on Twitter. Rather than simply say "oh, perhaps, I might be misrembering", he doubled down on his plagiarism with the take that it must have happened in multiple games. Uh, no, shitbag, you stole the story and used it to entertain on your own boards, and you thought you could get away with it. It's Internet content theft 101. There are no small corruptions. Only corruption. Brian Perroni doesn't deserve anyone's benefit of the doubt. He's a liar with zero integrity and he actively recruits for ATM when he's talking to players. You guys give him the benefit of the doubt because he's not funny or obnoxious the way some of the other aggie writers are. He's nonetheless a piece of human shit.

  16. I think there is no way in hell this would happen. The Rs would turn around and scream bloody fucking murder if the Ds tried to pull anything like this. That's why the Rs are better at the game. The Dems would scream "BUT TRUMP!" and the Rs would say "get fucked" and the Dems would fold.

  18. This is a lot of words for him to say he had no fucking clue what eminent domain was. How long it takes. And how much it would cost. But hey American taxpayers, since it's going to be a bitch to do this whole wall deal, why don't we take billions of your tax dollars, tear down the existing wall and rebuild it for a photo op so that a bunch of mouth-breathers in Alabama get a warm and fuzzy that we're keeping out the Mexicans, now their inbred son will be able to get a job, because those darn Mexicans we're they only thing standing in his way. 40% of our country are a lost cause.

  30. So we've gotten to the point in American politics where every side, every person, every entity is so corrupt and so involved in criminal activity that no one actually performs any checks on anyone else because everyone is afraid of being taken down for their own criminal activity. America has become SEC football.

  32. I wouldn't worry about all that other stuff regarding coaches and teams at this age. The best thing any parent can for a young player to take the time to play catch. That skill needs to be developed at home through a lot of repetition, its difficult to make up for it in practice only. Start off with a tennis ball and throwing barehanded until the kid is comfortable with catching a flying object. Based on your desire to play catch with your son someday, I don't need to tell you about the bonding experience that occurs from regular sessions of playing catch. But I will. I started playing catch with my sons on a regular basis about the time they were your son's age. No drills, just explaining the fundamentals. By the time they 6 we could stand 25 feet apart and throw back and forth until we fell into a rhythm and would just BS. Occasionally we would make up games, who is going to drop the ball first or make a bad throw. How many times can we throw it back and forth without dropping, 376 times was the record set by my youngest when he was 7. He still remembers that count, he will be 15 next month. To this day they still ask me to play catch outside, oldest is 19 years old. Recently, my daughter left my glove outside and it started to rain. My 17 year old son ran outside and retrieved it and then got after my daughter for leaving it outside. I told him that glove is ancient and it's not a big deal. He said, "This is the glove you always played catch with since we were kids.. it needs conditioner because it's drying out. I'll go work on it." He walks off with my glove, stops and turns around and says, "I'm officially letting everyone know that this is my glove when dad dies. It's mine." I replied with "Dying??? I got another 40 plus years." Then walked off to the other room because it got dusty really fast.

He'll likely be just as interested in what Michigan and Ross have to offer unfortunately (or more likely Stanford BA/BS into MBA) Crypton LLC is a fabric wholesaler headquartered just outside Detroit, a bit north of Ann Arbor. Gotta think that will make Kalel think twice before heading to Michigan.
