Not sure who the “aggy” team was before A&M came on board to be the team to be made fun of and scorned, but aggy has done a marvelous job!

October 13, 20232 yr Popular Post These Aggie 247 mods are a relentlessly optimistic bunch, I'll give them that. Jeff Tarpley SCORE PREDICTION: Tennessee 20, Texas A&M 17. Carter Karels SCORE PREDICTION: Tennessee 20, Texas A&M 13. Andrew Hattersley SCORE PREDICTION: Tennessee 24, Texas A&M 20
October 13, 20232 yr Milton sucks, their DL is legit and their OL is trash. I can see it going down like that.
October 14, 20232 yr Lulz. This was after the Bama loss. (And - of course - the Talent Composite also explains App State, Miss State, Ole Miss ... right? Riiight ... )
October 14, 20232 yr They latch onto something favorable to them and they never let go even when it becomes unfavorable to them. They're unranked. Nobody expects them to finish ranked. They had a miserable losing season last year. But somebody says they have the 4th ranked team in terms of talent. If it were true, how do they explain their performance? They're proving that that ranking is meaningless, yet still they parade it around. The benefit for us is that they will use it to build themselves up every summer in the belief that it's their year.
October 14, 20232 yr Popular Post Bama barely survives a shitty Arkansas team. So much for that much more improved.

October 15, 20232 yr Anderson and Weigman being hurt will be their excuse and they’ll line up for it on the Loochador.

October 15, 20232 yr Fucking rich to see them bashing Johnson. He threw 2 picks but he honestly looked much better than Milton. From what I’ve seen he looks to be a middle of the pack SEC qb that you should be able to win games with. Especially the way the defense has played.

October 15, 20232 yr The wheels came off today. The paper thin depth everyone knew was going to be a problem finally reared its head. Key contributors dropped. The quiet quitting starts this week. Heck, in Owens’ case it looks like it won’t be quiet. This is going to be fun.
October 15, 20232 yr I kind of don't understand the aggie meltdown. They were 3 point underdogs on the road and lost by 7. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it, but they always seem to pencil in these toss up games as wins, and are flabbergasted when they go the other way.
October 15, 20232 yr Popular Post They are a team coming off a 5-7 season that is playing the season with a backup QB. Their losses are on the road to two ranked teams and to Bama. By any logic, there should be nothing surprising about the results so far this season, but the unrealistic expectations have now painted a perfectly reasonable season as a flat out disaster.I love it so much.
October 15, 20232 yr Popular Post Tennessee looked terrible. A&M has some solid talent on defense. And they still blew that game. Excellent.
October 15, 20232 yr Because this year (being last year’s “next year will be our year” as is the case every year after year after year) was supposed to be…well, their “year”

They lost by 7 because they suck. They owe their coach almost 80 million dollars and he’s peaked at suck. This meltdown is pretty rational as far as aggy meltdowns go. October 15, 20232 yr It’s not unrealistic to expect more wins with an 8-figure coaching staff and 7-figure recruiting class. Sure, but it was obvious what this team was before the season started and yet there were still legitimate national championship claims coming from the fanbase in September. Jimbo should be exiled from college football for what he has done over there, but there should be absolutely nothing surprising about how this specific season has gone.

October 15, 20232 yr Funniest thing is that there was no reason to give him the extension, and if they hadn’t then they’d be through enough of original deal that they could fire him affordably. But as usual, they overreacted to one good, highly unique season and rechained themselves to him. 13 minutes ago, Chuckie Finster said: They are a team coming off a 5-7 season that is playing the season with a backup QB. Yeah, Johnson has no help with the shitty OL which leads to a piss poor running game and pass pro. Evan Stewart is just a shitty player (no desire to actually win), but I would love to have #3. He gets away with a lot of push-offs but he makes the contested catches. I was impressed with Johnson; he was getting knocked on his ass but still delivering pretty catchable balls. Whoever gets Max next year, will get his brother as well.
October 15, 20232 yr Popular Post I love that they STILL don't get that there is no, "negotiate him down" possible. The contract is guaranteed dumb fucks.

October 15, 20232 yr Yeah how does that negotiation work with sexton? We know he hates it here, how much will he give up to get to stop coaching here?
