This is a rather unique was to delay a flight.

Man Sucked Into Airplane Engine

Witness: 'He threw himself against the aircraft's engines'

According to what has been ascertained so far, the victim would have voluntarily entered the operational area of the airport with the intent of taking his own life.

The man, who was neither a passenger nor an airport employee, reportedly reached the runway by evading security checks and running towards the already moving aircraft.

The police, who had noticed his movements, were unable to stop him in time.

"We saw this gentleman running away from the stewards, at first he threw himself against the casings, the protections of the right engine of the plane, then he went around and either threw himself or was sucked into the impeller of the left engine: so what happened happened". One of the witnesses of what happened this morning at Orio al Serio airport is still shaken, where a thirty-five-year-old was sucked into the engine of an aircraft and died. Whether it was a voluntary act "I don't know" he added. The person who saw what happened was boarding the plane next to him. "We were trying to go up the stairs and we saw everything" he says. A story that can only be raw. The passengers then remained on the plane while the firefighters and police arrived. About fifty minutes in which they were explained what was happening before being made to get off because their flight was cancelled. "We got off, we got our bags and now we are here" he concluded.

I'm pretty sure he was medium rare after they scraped all the pieces in a pile.

Sha'Carri Richardson (Track star) has entered the chat. https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10062501-shacarri-richardson-removed-from-plane-after-exchange-with-flight-attendant-on-video.amp.html

Most of the flights I have ever been on there is one person that won’t follow instructions and causes an issue and continues to escalate it. Main reason I hate flying apart from delays and other shit. But when you are on a plane it’s Martial law or a dictatorship (the pilot is in command with the crew.) You do as you are told. If you can’t do that either buy your own plane or don’t fly.

It appears that Sha'Carri needs to work on her behavior at airports.

I thought it was lame when she got popped for weed and couldn't compete in Tokyo but now it seems like she's just kind of a piece of shit.

I think it can be true of a number of high profile athletes.  Or those that perceive themselves to be the guy.

think of how many college football players, regardless of school affiliation, have had a massive case of dumbass and pulled some stunt you or me would never consider.

Football players for big schools have been told they were The Man since 7th grade.  They got favorable grading, misbehavior was excused, etc.

They are used to acting the fool and getting away with it.  Probably no different for this track athlete.

She's just extremely hood. South Dallas / Oakcliff if memory serves. She acts like a typical person from that area would, if they were thrust into the limelight with opportunity outside what they were raised, trained, and helped to operate in.

FWIW, her bf thought the arrest was an overreaction and she apologized to him. If you've ever dated a hoodrat, you know that some level of minor physical assault is culturally normative (hoodrat culture) and it's a common lovers spat.

Not disrupting / Sorta funny I guess.....

On a flight out of ORD last week.... I was already seated on the aisle during boarding and something caught my eye.

Down the aisle comes a labradoodle whose coat had been dyed to look like Tigger the tiger and the owner was a "little person" in a Dopey costume.

Guess he was either getting geared up for halloween or DGAF, but when I first saw it I figured I was having an aneurysm and that was how it was all going to end for me.

I'm with the window seat lady.  If the mother of the child wanted her kiddo to sit window, perhaps she should have, um, bought a window seat.  Sometimes that is extra, so why not just shame the person who is in the nearest window seat.  Entitled asshole.

I’d give up the window for an aisle seat, but that’s just me. Lots of folks were sitting window. If the public wants the kid at a window, then step the fuck up, John Q.

I used to be an aisle seat guy.  I lfy damn near every week for business, now Im full window.  Too many people these days are flying with the window down.  Early morning flights or when the sun is out, its hot out , you name it....too damn dark and it can get a bit claustrophobic.  Especially if I dont have a tight connection, window is it for me.

Then when the plane gets to the gate and the ding event occurs, dont have to worry about standing for 5 minutes and if someone beats you to the spot, you are waiting in your seat anyhoo.

I have found people in the row(s) behind me are very deferential to letting me out no problems.  With the window seat, you can hide your backpack or soft briefcase easier from the flight attendants watchful eye,  under your calves and not have to lose the leg room.  Open and shut the window as i damn want.   Recently  had a Karen ask me to close it as soon as she sat down and I told her no, she asked to be moved, see you lady.
