Venezuelan Little League team denied entry to the United States

I guess it's better than the kids getting here, getting detained by the gestapo, and then sent to dog pens to tease alligators. We saved them from themselves, apparently. -
Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
pyrohornIII replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
I think there is more than the sexual stuff that he's concerned about. I think he did some shady financial stuff that could have double crossed someone like Putin or the like. Maybe it's something that sends him to jail, but he can get out of that. This is something that would be settled out of court somehow. Maybe not him falling out of a window, and surely he doesn't give a shit about any of his family, but whoever it is has the goods to ruin his reputation as the brilliant dealmaker who should be king. -
I thoroughly enjoyed it and was way better than I expected. Kept pretty true to the original with some over the top cartooney humor and like others have said we loved it back then and can't really criticize it now. The cameos were pretty good. I don't watch golf but caught some of the people in the room. The Maxi thing was almost certainly inspired by LIV but it went over the top as one should expect from the Happy Madison universe so didn't bother me at all.

Elon Musk: Nazi traitor piece of shit [Confirmed]
Captain Ron replied to MaybeACoordinator's topic in Daily Texan
Two other good reviews: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jul/26/elon-musk-tesla-diner-hollywood The general gist from this article is that like most things, Elmo sells something epic, delivers something ordinary. https://www.wired.com/story/searching-for-humanitys-last-hope-and-a-taste-of-the-future-at-the-tesla-diner/ This article is all over the place, and gives a lot of voice to Elon stans. Just see the end of the article which I posted most of because Sorry Veerasingam, you want to sound epic or something. You just sound dumb. -
Zero chance that Trump got mad at Epstein for hiring a waitress or hostess away from MarALago. There were reports of a break between them for fighting over a parcel of land. That is a more credible story but to my knowledge Trump hasn't acknowledged it. Others said it.

We need some “Bill from Sinton” focusness on a few key spots. But it’s going to be another great season! -
EU seems to be not happy about the deal. Sets a bad precedent of being bullied. I don't think China (or India, for that matter) will acquiese as easily. Really goes to show you the actual strength or countries these days.

I really don't know how much more of this I can take. Mentally. jfc I presume it was immigration, but maybe not. Either way, so inappropriate and unnecessary. edit - child porn supposedly. The way those fucks storm an airplane is also obscene though.

Just finished off a week long trip to Scotland - played 6 courses in 4 days, walked all of them. Incredible trip, incredible courses. Golf is so accessible there, it's bonkers. And the courses make anything in the US look like a manufactured joke. It's almost upsetting the difference between the US and Scotland when it comes to golf. Day 1: Cabot Highlands Day 2: Tain + Fortrose and Rosemarkie Day 3: Brora + Royal Dornoch Championship Course Day 4: Cruden Bay (9 hole course + Championship Course) We joined Tain as full members for a whopping 350 GBP for the year (which is ridiculous unto itself and isn't unique to Tain, all these courses have stupid cheap annual membership dues). That got us free rounds at Tain (85 GBP normally), a 30 GBP round at Brora and F&R (100+ GBP normally), 25% off at Royal Dornoch (80 GBP savings), and 50% off at Cabot (160 GBP savings). As the saying goes, pictures don't do it justice. Hard to capture the elevation changes but here you go! Cabot: Tain: Fortrose and Rosemarkie: Brora: Royal Dornoch: Cruden Bay:

Whiz Kalifa- "Say On God" Does that mean, confirm you are telling the truth? Also what sort of establishment is this with the plexiglass and small hole and the customer gave him a $20 bill and got a $20 bill back along with something.

Hopefully there's no TACO this time.

Colorado Vacation Destinations - Not Quite So Crowded, But Still Cool
Hook1997 replied to Dbeasy's topic in Food and Travel
Surprisingly still a decent amount of people up there, now when I got back to the parking lot like seven cars were left. I got to town checked in and headed straight to the park and was at the gate at exactly six for Bear Lake area access. Any suggestions for a semi short hike this afternoon? Sky Pond tomorrow morning so I don’t want to go too crazy. -

I guess since I looked into this last week I'm now getting a bunch of reels of these two on the red carpet in different situations and they are pretty handsy and familiar with each other. Pretty clear its their relationship. I could totally see him being gay, but would be weird that he wouldn't just come out openly.

The sad thing is there are 100% neckbeard MAGA losers out there that believe this earnestly with all their heart...

The Austin voters seem to be voting for a more relaxed judicial system, setting priority on prosecuting police corruption. Stuff like this is no longer surprising (not to mention the latest guy who shot at police officers and was let off with probation).
