We played FSU at home last season.

Yawn. The small B12 teams, including TCU, played UT and OU every other year at home. That doesn’t mean a marquee OOC opponent wants to come to a shoebox, and definitely doesn’t mean that TV wants a game in a HS stadium.

It’ll be at Jerry World.

Y'all are so fucking aggy it's ridiculous.

No one is worried about that game not being at Ford but fucking TCU fans. Believe it or not - SMU and TCU are separate schools with separate agendas and different scheduling.

Keep citing some Jerryworld shit from 10 years ago that no one gaf about.

LSU will either play at Ford or they won't play us at all and have to write a fat check.

SMU isn't getting hoodwinked by some backwater fucking institution in the most corrupt state in the country. Grow up.

If NIL continues as it is, SMU could quickly replace aggy as the 2nd biggest player in NIL in Texas.

Money helps a great deal, but actually showing you can develop a quarterback who can throw the ball down the field plays a part as well.

Seriously, OU has fucked up the quarterback situation the last two years and kids notice that shit.

If SMU could ever get Dallas to embrace it as Austin has UT, they could be a player for a long time.

There are 8 million people in DFW.  SMU won’t need all of them. They’re making inroads for sure.

This is what people miss,  at one time SMU, TCU, and RIce drew very large crowds, even when they weren't great and then pro football came to town.

Granted, we and Rice fucked ourselves for several years with our attitude towards football while SMU was willing to try to win.

The thing is the crowds went away and just for the record, all 8M in the metroplex aren't tied to SMU.

Park Cities people tend to go.  I never figured it would be more widespread than that for non-alumnae.  But I don't know shit.
