Sark's fashionista wife ain't happy in ATX, so he'll take a job in Tuscaloosa?

Unlikely

UCLA more likely.

Didn't Loreal spend a few divorce months house shopping in LA?

I'm not gonna research anything L'Oreal does or says. She appears to be more trouble than she's worth.

Sark is a cuck for keeping her around.

Roam the board over the years and finally made an account to say that JFC he was pulling this same shit at Washington. I have a close friend that worked in the athletic department and the guy was out.of.control. Thought he cleaned up his action but apparently not. Getting paid beyond measure and needs to act accordingly and inside the guard rails apparently isn't his thing. Damn.

To equate Sark today with UW Sark, you have to pretty uncritically accept all the rumors.

Nicole cued me in on her source and info a while back (Loreal being a whore, basically) and I'll admit it's credible enough to be true, but is still unverified as is most of the other shit spewed on this thread.

Sam looked loose because he was concussed the entire time he played for Herman. As a guy who defended Quinn up to the bitter end I am glad there’s some folks seeing that coaching screwed him out of a better career.

Sam is just a sloppy player.  A great one, but sloppy

Would be a huge paycut but maybe we could supplement the difference? UCLA is low pressure

If Steve does depart will-he nill-he, there isn't going to be a massive buyout, but the Mutually Acceptable Preservation of our Good Name parting agreement will fund a couple of years' rent on her Casa Loreal.

To be fair, it is more difficult to spew verified shit(literally or figuratively)

The only way Sark is out at Texas is if there is a mutual agreement to part ways. CDC doesn’t want the bad publicity from firing Sark unless there is concrete evidence Sark majorly fucked up, not all of this hearsay stuff that is gaining traction.

Everyone likes to say how great CDC is but he hasn’t even been the Texas AD for a decade and we’re already on our 3rd basketball coach, our 2nd baseball coach, and there are rumors flying around our football coach and his wife are using the team and it’s family members as a sexual buffet. But good job by CDC for getting rid of the jet pack guy and Bob Cole.

Dammit, you're right. We'll be looking for the Fire CDC thread.

Its almost like at every persons career growth at some point they hit a stage where someone has to smack them in the head and tell them to delegate more.

I'm a software engineer by trade, getting into management guess what almost no coding. want to code ? go be an engineer. similarly to reach higher levels you have to be able to delegate more, hold people accountable, and fucking manage. You can be a good manager or a good engineer, but no one has the capacity to do both.

I think the signal at large here is you want to be a head coach, be a fucking head coach. If you want to call plays, be a play caller. Right now Sark is trying to do both, doing neither exceptionally well, and he needs to decide which of these he wants to be. Either is fine, but he's paid to be head coach, not play caller.

Saban famously focused on process and systems. Sark needs to call up his old boss and ask for some series perspective help. He needs to focus on his system and processes at large, architect the offense but delegate the execution of it to someone he can trust.

You should add in GM to the mix of shit Sark is trying to handle. I'm happy to be corrected by people that know more than me but based on my reading Sark is pretty much handling the GM responsibilities for the most part too. So, HC, GM, and OC all at once absolutely results in none of them being done well. And... well...

I was very concerned about his comment regarding being a great OC was why he was hired. That comment revealed an incredibly troubling issue.

When I used to consult for CEO’s of companies on strategic and operational issues, I sometimes ran into CEO’s who didn’t understand the fact that their value to the company was no longer their functional expertise in a particular area. It was their overall ability to grow and take on higher level responsibilities.

Companies run by these types of CEO’s were A MESS. It demonstrates he either has no mentor of value, or isn’t listening to his mentor.

Sometimes, I could get through to these broken CEO’s to get them to change, but more often then not, they were just wired that way. I am very skeptical that this guy is running his program with the proper attention to detail and efficient use of resources. Based on that one statement of his alone, I was ready for him to be booted out unless there was ample evidence of his ability to be mentored and to learn. I doubt it.
