I'm not mad about losing to y'all. What I'm more pissed about is you fucks beating us then getting blown out and not showing up against OU, causing a 3 way tie in the south and the gooner fucks got the Big 12 title game.

The most annoying thing about Tech is the way they get up to beat you, and so you have to make an effort in kind. You get no credit for beating them but a loss screws up your season. Luckily, Texas wins 3/4 of the time, but what a chore it is.

The fun with the Ags is that Tech got up for them, too, and won a lot more often.

They've been mailing them to the B12 office en masse too

Big 12 should post photos on their social media of them making tacos with them

You’re the ones crying about tortillas even though you can do it twice a game. I expect you’ll do better with aggy type money than aggy but you got a long way to go to catch up since you let CJK5H control your program.

Stache's post is accurate AF with regard to Adam's dad.

IDGAF about the tortillas, except it is an element of college sports that makes it great, and then fans(students) thought it'd be cool to pummel opposing teams.  Keep it in the stands and the tradition lives.

Leach’s teams whipping the the whoopers year after year was blissful.
Omar "oh indeed" goes here. As much as my aggy BIL hated losing to Texas, nothing got him more worked up than Leach dragging his nuts across the 12th Man's face.

Some of us care. I thought the idea of a bunch of Tech idiots sending a bunch of tortillas to Yormark and his gaggle of idiots was funny.

Nobody but Tech fans thinks the tortilla thing is a great element of college sports. Every person who has ever witnessed it on tv that I've been around is like "why the fuck do they do that?" and then no one watching has any explanation for it. I've had tech people explain it before and the explanation and reasoning was so inane that I can never retain what the fuck it was that they claimed.

That said, I'm in full agreement that Tech should generally be allowed to do it. Of course, I was also proud to see our student section go berserk on the terrible call last year against Georgia and turn our north end zone into a trash heap for 15 minutes and I laugh every time Texas gets embarrassed on some also-ran program's home field and everyone storms it, so maybe I'm just an idiot as well.

It started because of some racist shit some stupid Aggy player said about Hispanic players on Tech's team before a game a long ass time ago.

They can do it all they want in the stands, and can even do it twice on the field without penalty. I knew they threw tortillas for whatever reason, cool everyone has unique traditions, but didn't know they did it regularly onto the field during a game. I don't get the "whoa is us" narrative going on from Hocutt and the fans. Why should there be an exception for throwing tortillas on the field as opposed to bottles or green dildoes?

Joyner was going to be their most explosive player on offense.  Really sucks for them.  I have always pulled for Tech because I have a lot of West Texas roots.  Kind of my (distant) second favorite team.  I got annoyed with their fans during the Leach years always bitching about officiating despite their OL being allowed to hold our front 7 with impunity -- 2008 being the worst when that scrub who was a wannabe WWE wrestler with face paint was allowed to wrap his arms around the neck of Orakpo and Kindle all night long.  And the one holding call that night was a bad call against Ulatoski when the DE basically lost his balance, and it directly led to the pick 6 by Colt to Daniel Charbonnet.

While I generally agree with your sentiment, I do want to point out the awe-inspiring irony of your post for those of us on this site who root for Texas. It's almost better if I don't even point it out and torture it any, I think. It's fucking beautiful to admire.

Sucks for Tech.  Joyner is their lead returning rusher (based on his stats last year at USC).  The next two guys on the depth cart had a combined yardage below his.

If we were going to lose anyone from a position on the 2-deep on offense before the season I'm glad it's RB. We can fill that position up and our 2 backups are solid and will be fine, though it does suck to lose Joyner.

Also, forgot to mention this but the reporters at RedRaiderInsider are saying that Micah Hudson is running 2nd team at his WR spot after a lackluster summer and camp. I laughed.

That is no surprise at all.  Seems like he has never generated any positive buzz since signing day.

Is it a comeback if it never was yet?

I'd love to see him keep making work and contribute on the field.  After the bullshit of the past 12-18 months or whatever, even if it was his own personal prison, do the Andy Dufresne act and come out the other side.

Or he'll just be another turd in the sewer pipe.
