I was about to ask that question as well. I think it has been mentioned they are having NIL discussions very early in recruitments comparatively.

That's not really true. Some states and tattoo parlors will allow 16 year olds to get inked with parental consent. I think it likely has more to do with societal acceptance making parents a little more lax on the subject.

Not true at all. My high school had some 14 and 15 year olds walking around with tats, just needed to know someone with a tattoo gun. I bet it’s even worse nowadays.
