So is Jason Garrett.

I posted that because many Dak apologists like @Vic Mackeyand that Drew moron have said repeatedly Goff is trash and Dak is much better. Well, they’re wrong and have been proven wrong over the last 1.25 seasons. It’s obvious now. Not sure Dak is even a Tier 2 QB and if so at bottom of that range.

I have gone from Dak believer to Dak dark sider. He has declined in his play to the point that he has gone from near top tier to average to now inadequate. A damn shame in that this team has enough talent to compete against anyone.

Who knows what his reasons are? I don’t care as at these prices only results matter. It is in his head. I think it’s a mess of his huge contract, his brothers suicide in 20, his leg injury, and poor coaching. The result is hesitant play, interceptions, big game ineptitude, and inexplicable losing.

He has declined since he lost Jon Kitna as his qb coach. His mechanics are all over the place now. His injuries have taken his run game away to the point teams don’t even consider it in their coverages. He failed to take clearly open lanes against the cards that might have won the game. He is locking onto his primary receiver like a high schooler. Bad decisions. Throws into coverage.

His contract is a problem if you want to move on. It’s set up to restructure for a player that will retire as a cowboy. The $59m 24 /$35m 25 (voidyear) cap numbers are teed up for an extension. An expensive one that would cost about $45- 50+m a year. Just at the time there are other players coming into big 2nd contracts like Parsons. Keep him you’re fucked. Dump him you’re fucked.

Btw Trey Lance will never play a purposeful meaningful down of nfl football. Ever. For anyone. Zack Wilson is better and he is dogshit.

Are those non NFL bets at team facility penalties less or more harsh than what they previously were.  I don't care about them wanting to throw the book at someone for betting on the NFL, but suspensions for placing a NBA bet on your phone in the weight room are dumb.  Gambling is like porn.

Less harsh. Previously it was 6 games for first offense. Sucks for the Lions that Jamo ended up serving 4 games, but I guess that is better than the original 6 he got.

The recent trend of a player & a 7th for a 6th makes me laugh.

The Atlanta Falcons traded for Los Angeles Rams receiver Van Jefferson on Tuesday.

As part of the deal, the Falcons sent a 2025 sixth-round pick to the Rams for a seventh-round selection in the same year.

Irsay really made those Twitter comments? Feels like he is a handful of bad, 3am tweets away from losing the Colts. It took the NFL a long time to decide to remove Snyder as owner of Washington. I don’t think they need that same runway for the next guy to be kicked out.

even if you are mistreated as a billionaire, no one cares. A billionaire shouldn’t ever be pulled over for a DUI. You don’t even need to pay a driver. You can probably have interns to your NFL franchise drive you around if you’re too cheap to pay.

While I think Tyreek is a lowlife who beats his wimmen and likely his children, at some point do you not google the dude? It’s all right there going back to his DV arrest at Okie lite.

He can barely speak a coherent sentence. He’ll be broke before you know it even though he claims he has saved all his money.

Until the chargers have new ownership nothing will change. A smart GM would trade Herbert for picks and cut their stupid upside down cap for next year.

The ownership most definitely is a massive factor. I was hoping they’d hire a savvy GM (which can make the difference quite honestly) and get an offensive minded head coach. But hearing all the rumors they will likely swing for Dan Quinn or the OC for the Lions and then hire the GM. Not that those two are terrible options but like you said ownership is the big problem there. He’s a cheap ass.

The Spanos family is a bunch of Greek gangsters. Any owner who is so despised the voters ran your ass out of town deserves to have the franchise pulled. The Spanos family never did a fucking thing for San Diego. Ever.

They wanted a new stadium without investing a dime. They took league money and pocketed it. The LA move was stupid and they don’t draw shit.

Chargers need a new owner that will move the team back to San Diego and build a new stadium with 80% their own funding. Then hire a GM before hiring a coach. They will fuck it up.

What color is the sky on your planet?

Of course that’s pie in the sky. My company is based in San Diego and they all loved the Chargers, but hated the Spanos family. Fucking Greek gangsters.

The Chargers will be a road team in their own stadium forever. San Diego would welcome the team back if the ownership was different.
