I think many people on the left figure Kavanaugh won't be able to effectively refute this.  After all who can say where they were 36 years ago. Obviously, it is tough to have an alibi when the accusations are so vague regarding time and place. The Senate will be trying to pin her down on that, and the more vague her answers, the more difficult to refute. But also the less credible they will seem. You were 15. Was it summer?  Beginning ofsummmer?  End of summer? etc. etc.

I see what you did there.

There's no Delta Kappa Epsilon at California University dude, you don't know your Greek system.  My buddy Steve Sanders was a pledge brother with him at Kappa Epsilon Gamma and knows all kinds of shit about this guy that's not in the public arena yet.

So was he interviewed  ?  I'd say college friends, fraternity brothers, would definitely be on that list.

He was interviewed by a well-respected journalist named Brandon Walsh for the California University campus newspaper, "The Condor."  He describes a lot of inappropriate behavior towards women by Kavanaugh, including a Kelly Taylor, a Donna Martin, and an Andrea Zuckerman.  A Valerie Malone could not be reached for comment, but I'd totally hump her if I could.

You want me to link to a newspaper article from a newspaper that only exists in the Beverly Hills 90201 universe?  It all started with a KEG house reference to Bret's high school club, suddenly you guys are looking to validate sources.  Da fuh?

Well, if it's a school newspaper it'll be accessible.  If it's out there the democrats have it, and so do the republicans.

If I’m on the judiciary committee, I’m demanding that he produces every calendar and outlook file going back to 1983. He doesn’t get to selectively produce one single page of all his purported calendars without producing the rest.

I'm sure there are ten members of the Judiciary Committee making equally ridiculous demands, and eleven members telling them to pound sand.

“Another woman and a dildo” leaves a LOT of room. It’s all about consent. If there’s consent, I don’t care if he spent his weekends with 3 women, 2 dildos, and a cooler full of Manwich sauce.

But if the Manwich sauce didn’t consent.....

It's policy never to imply ownership in the event of a dildo. We have to use the indefinite article, "a dildo", never, “your dildo”.

Chick got called to the front of a plane we were on a couple months ago. The flight attendant said her carry on luggage that had been stowed up front was vibrating.  First thing that came to mind ^^^^^

This is the gist of the allegation..... She admits she was inebriated and has gaps in her recollection.

Quote

Ramirez said that, when both she and Kavanaugh were freshmen at Yale, she was invited by a friend on the women’s soccer team to a dorm-room party. She recalled that the party took place in a suite at Lawrance Hall, in the part of Yale known as the Old Campus, and that a small group of students decided to play a drinking game together. “We were sitting in a circle,” she said. “People would pick who drank.” Ramirez was chosen repeatedly, she said, and quickly became inebriated. At one point, she said, a male student pointed a gag plastic penis in her direction. Later, she said, she was on the floor, foggy and slurring her words as that male student and another stood nearby. (Ramirez identified the two male onlookers, but, at her request, The New Yorker is not naming them.)

A third male student then exposed himself to her. “I remember a penis being in front of my face,” she said. “I knew that's not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.” She recalled remarking, “That’s not a real penis,” and the other students laughing at her confusion and taunting her, one encouraging her to “kiss it.” She said that she pushed the person away, touching it in the process. Ramirez, who was raised a devout Catholic in Connecticut, said that she was shaken. “I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married,” she said. “I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated.” She remembers Kavanaugh standing to her right and laughing, pulling up his pants. “Brett was laughing,” she said. “I can still see his face, and his hips coming forward, like when you pull up your pants.” She recalled another male student shouting about the incident. “Somebody yelled down the hall, ‘Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face,’ ” she said. “It was his full name. I don’t think it was just ‘Brett.’ And I remember hearing and being mortified that this was out there.”

Ramirez acknowledged that there are significant gaps in her memories of the evening, and that, if she ever presents her story to the F.B.I. or members of the Senate, she will inevitably be pressed on her motivation for coming forward after so many years, and questioned about her memory, given her drinking at the party.

This really isnt that hard.  It takes a couple days.  FBI goes and talks to Ford.  She recounts her story. Assuming it doesnt stray from the public accounts, she can only name Kavanaugh and DB Cauveaux as individuals who were at the party. FBI goes and talks to DBC. He denies her account. Goes and talks to Kavanaugh. Denies her account. FBI wraps up the investigation.  If someone else shakes out to interview in the process. They do that. It's done. Basically same end result as with Hill.

Since lying to the FBI is a crime, having the FBI actually simply ask the question is relevant and important to any complainant, potential witness or defendant in and of itself. Do you not understand or comprehend this simple fact?

That coke can with the pubes is nothing compared to attempted rape and a dildo.

Clarence Thomas would taunt his female aides and shit with descriptions of bestiality videos he'd watched. He's a disgusting human. Women who verified Hill's testimony were not allowed to testify and pieces of Dem shit like Joe Biden ensured he was pushed through because DECORUM and ANASTASIS-DEATH-SPIRAL-FEAR.
