I was talking about this part.

Is that a first?

Us being #1, then out of the poll, and back to #10 says more about the idiotic polls than it  does about us imho. It was stupid that we were dropped out of the top 25 when it happened. Just as stupid as ranking us #1 with a new stasrting qb among others. We never should have been out of the top 25 and shouldn't have been #1. But I wonder if that's ever happened before.

How about we start 1, fall out, and finish 1.

For fucks sake this is so fucking dumb. Name the 7 non conference winning title teams that will definitely get in above us if we go 9-3. Seriously- do the work and show it here. It’s a really dumb statement you just made

Bookmarked. A 9-3 Texas isn’t making the CFP. Not this year. Not a chance in hell.

Who cares what the espn model says.

To answer you- here are potential 2 (or 1) loss at-large teams that would be in over 9-3 Texas: Oregon, USC, Ole Miss, Georgia, aggy, Vandy, OU, ND, BYU, Utah, Michigan, Miami, Louisville

assuming…

SEC champ- Bama

BIG champ- tOSU

Big 12 champ- Tech

ACC champ- who cares

G6- who cares

The worst thing about Tech being “good” is having to listen to this cunt. Why don’t you fuck off to Raider Power.

It feels like Ole Miss is going to get left out in the cold. They don’t have enough meat on the schedule to pass Bama or aggy.

I bet Lane could give a shit, but pretty interesting that a 11-1 team might not make the conference championship.

If A&M loses to us they are out for Ole miss or Georgia depending on how we do against Georgia. Assuming everything else goes chalk.

I can say with almost complete confidence that if aggy were to play Indiana, they would get embarrassed. That's a game I want to see. Not Georgia/TCU embarrassed, but they would lose by 2-3 TD's. They're definitely a tier three team.

I thought that before yesterday.  Having to beat a coachless Penn State team in the last 40 seconds gave me pause though.

Maybe the Big 10 isn’t as strong as it seems.

ND has looked better than us for the entire season.    If we beat Georgia next week I think we jump them and tech.

I don't think Miami is a great loss. Maybe it was when they played that game.

Miami is a really good team that finds ways to lose.  I still.thimk it holds more value than USC or Pitt.

I don't really buy Pitt yet. They are better than the shitty ACC teams they've played. They have a pretty brutal close these last 3 games - I'd be surprised if they go 2-1.

I would love to see SC/Miami on a neutral field.

LOLz

You're the whiniest cunty motherfucker on here.

Yea Team!!!  Fly your flag bitch.

Multiple Tech posters have been on here longer than you ever thought of.  Raider Power sucks.  This board rocks.  Always has.

Its some bullshit 3 way tie with a round robin clause now. Its the dumbest thing I've ever seen when there's a h2h in a 3 way tie there's no need for it to be round robin.

How many fanbases (including ours) are asking themselves today how Indiana managed to create such a great program in less than two years? They brought in a bunch of unknown transfer players and when I watch them, I am amazed. They swarm the ball carrier, they protect the passer, they are really fundamentally sound and they win! Yesterday, they had a backup WR making amazing catches throughout the game. A no-name white-guy backup who looked like Randy Moss.

So happy for them but the hell.

Louisville is not getting an at large over 9-3 Texas. The ACC is working itself into a one bid league right now.

You are paint chip eating dumb. You said no chance a 9-3 texas team makes it. There’s like a 70% or 80^ chance it happens.

Tech fan may be more insufferable than aggy when they are winning.

They arent used to it and have no idea how to act. Like a toddler with a new toy.

Nah I'm a dick all the time

They are obviously very well-coached.

I think what also helps is that there isn't a ton of pressure or expectations - nationally and within their own fanbase.

You think?  Of course we would, in addition to UGA and Oregon. And maybe Ole Miss.

At least it's an ethos.

Also let's not forget that keeping an aquatic mammal within city limits is not, uh, that's not legal either, Dude.
