So, Correa didn’t play Monday or Tuesday. Was he in the dugout on those days?

Yes

He was monday. Was getting checked by docs tuesday because thats when it happened

So, looks like Monday was really an off day for him, and then he got his ass kicked by his ho sometime on Tuesday. Probably has bruises on his face, so he sure as hell can’t be in the dugout for a few days.

Aren't they supposed to get massages at the clubhouse?

Maybe it was an Amarillo Bi morning massage?  pm Jeter & Posada

Man, I'm so done with Correa at this point.  I have no faith he'll ever again play more than 120 games in a season.

Meh, it sucks not having the guys that are out but there is some seriously positive things happening with the team and during it all they just  keep winning series.

I’ve asked this before but didn’t get an answer. Does anyone know where you can find a HR stat showing how many solo, 1 run etc home runs a staff has given up? We give up a lot a solo homers.

I think 50 solo shots and 22 with men on. Not sure that counts tonight

Saw someone in the stands near the person pointing for help to come.  Must have been bad.

Yeah but I didn't see it.

Almora was the hitter and it obviously shook him up pretty badly.

Damn hope all is ok

Shit. I rewinded it and it was too fast to see what happened but I saw a dad with what looked like a toddler stand up and people around him yelling for help. Fuck. I’m not going to rewind it again to look.

jesus almora.  i hope they get some positive news about that kid and i hope that news gets to almora quickly.

This infuriates me to no end. It's two thousand freaking 19. There are a million netting possibilities that can save a life and barely obstruct the view. Somebody needs to do it first, and out may as well be the Astros.

Lol why did he leave 2nd base?!

White is a fucking Major League Baseball player, and yet he cannot maintain an acceptable playing weight. Fatass.

Exactly, he knows how hard he hit it and must’ve saw it.  Dude...

Yeah, he tracked that ball and they showed his reaction as he saw it.  Dude is devastated.

They can tell him, "it's not your fault, it happens" all they want, and it's true, but there's no consoling him.  He needs the rest of the night off.

Thanks. Where did you find that?

CSB/ I saw a kid get hit hard in the terrible home loss against KC in the 2015 playoffs. Salvador Perez fouled one off over the home dugout a few rows up and hit a kid in the chest or neck. The crowd went silent (playoff baseball crowd) and the kid’s dad hauled ass up the stairs with the unconscious kid in his arms. Play stopped briefly, but not as long as just now. All the players just stood and watched. Terrifying.

Despite the magnitude of the loss, my only concern post game was that the kid was ok. Found on the interweb later that he was ok. /csb

Baseball reference....just takes alot of boredom fucking around with it to learn how to get to the splits etc

I know Hendricks didn't mean those bean balls, but do we plunk one of theirs?

That little kid is tougher than Correa

too soon ?

Not at all.

Glad to hear preliminary reports she will be ok. Lilshep has been going out trying to catch homerun baseballs. I dont like idea to much of it. Due to fear of something like that happening.
