Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
Beantown Express 2.0 replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
I think this could be the solution republicans go with to clear Trump if the Epstein files are released and he is listed flying with Epstein all the time. -

I was a PA for a foot & ankle ortho surgeon for 5 years. It's been a minute, but I might still remember some stuff. If the arthritis is within the IP joint (joint within the toe), you can fuse that and immediately weightbear as tolerated in a post-op shoe. Generally, it's in the MTP joint, where the toe meets the foot, and is called hallux rigidus. Unless things have changed dramatically since 2018, you DO NOT want to do a joint replacement. It will likely fail and fusion becomes much more difficult. Fusion requires I believe 4 weeks entirely off the foot and an additional 4 weeks in a post-op shoe. It takes some adjustment, but I believe most people are able to return to most activities. Sometimes you can just shave off bone spurs, as your wife had done. Also, a carbon fiber insert can help limit motion, and thus pain, through the joint. Stiff-soled shoes will be your friend regardless of the route you choose. OTOH, pain with covers touching is a hallmark of gout, but if you have significantly limited dorsiflexion, along with pain, that's almost certainly arthritis.

I don’t understand the hype for Mateer. He played for a team in that was without a real conference and lost to football powers New Mexico and Wyoming. -

Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
Chuckie Finster replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
AG memo detailing that meeting can already be written. ”Ms. Maxwell confirmed that all visitors to the island were required to be registered Democrats. She also complimented President Trump, saying he was the handsomest and bravest man she has ever met. In return for this testimony, Ms. Maxwell has been released from prison and named Deputy Secretary of Education.” -

Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.)
troph replied to surlybevo's topic in Business and Markets
Crypto stable coins like bitcoin can be used to store value and as currency. It’s not a widely accepted currency much like pesos are not widely accepted in the US but you can go to the bank and exchange them for dollars. You can sell bitcoin for dollars and some do take it as currency. One of bitcoins biggest threats is reform to the financial system where 1-3.5% of every non-cash financial transaction is raked for fees. Fix that and you could see crypto crater. anyway, I have no need to convince anyone again, I’m following some wickedly smart money that is in on bitcoin. Everyone else can do as they please. Idgaf. -
it is so absurd. here is a movie from an incident in Portland back in the day - I still want to fuck up the deputy that did this.
