Every day that passes without the motherfucker that without question did this breathes air, is a wasted day.

If there’s anything left such as “prison justice” hopefully he’ll get buttfucked 6 times a day and die bleeding out of his ass with his eyeballs bulging out sometime in July. At the latest.

This monster (note the swastikas tattoos) was the last thing that 11 year old sweetie saw.

He should never have been free to do this. He’s coffin filler on a good day.  On another note, I don’t care if he was a friend of her father’s. It’s absolute hideous neglect to let that monster live in a camper behind your house and occasionally take your 11 year old daughter to school. This whole thing sucks.

This disgusting POS is someone who was charged/convicted of enticed a minor 17 years ago (in addition to his very lengthy criminal history) and somehow didn’t have to register as a sex offender. But man we gotta let him out of prison right? What about his rights? He can be fixed? Right?

An 11 year old girl’s last thought is being murdered by a man who shouldn’t have been free to do this in the first place.

Rehabilitation never works for these types of offenders. Period. They should never be free. And imo since they will never stop doing this shit should be eradicated.

He’s white, they’re not shooting him.

I don’t blame the mother but I find it incredibly unsettling she didn’t know who her daughter was with and said she is sometimes with three different households.

Yep unless he was firing on them.

He was jailed on an unrelated assault charge following her disappearance. By the time he was the main suspect he was already behind bars.

The parenting here is beyond tragic. I agree. Lots of drugs and shitty living and it sucks when we see a little girl like that and go, “She never had a chance.” Not with those parents and it sucks we as a society don’t care enough to make sure other Audrii’s don’t mean the same fate.

Y'all are ridiculous and apparently completely ignorant on how the Texas prison system works. But yeah, I'm sure it was the bleeding hearts in *checks notes * Brazoria fucking county that are responsible for his release.

Polk county bruh. Rough place.

I spent a minute this afternoon trying to find even the tiniest bit of understanding about how people like this work.  Just absolutely inexplicable to me. Let’s assume he didn’t kill her, and dad never found out about whatever terrible shit he did (assuming rape). You’ve only what, completely ruined a child/woman’s psyche/life forever.  Upped her odds of all kinds of terrible shit by 10000%.  Just absolutely destroyed the next 20-50 years for some child because who gives af? How can someone know that’s the BEST CASE scenario from your violent act, and still act?  My only thought was they hold absolutely no regard for life. If that’s the case, why continue to live your glorious life between prison and campers behind single wides in the depths of east Texas piney woods?

I don’t care about the painful death or prison buttfucking this guy has coming.   If he’s found guilty, he could be rid of in 90 seconds at a cost of $.30 to the taxpayer. Fuck this guy.

There is a lot to be sad/mad about these days, but this kind of shit - this kind of shit just puts me out on the ledge I’m not even welcome on.

What has to be understood is that there is evil in this world. Many years ago I dealt with a girl that the cops cut down from a swingset. She was 12. She hung herself because mommy and mommy’s boyfriend chose her older sister and not her to help them make their porn video. And it wasn’t the first video they had made.

Your mistake is trying to “understand”

There’s a subset of humans in the woods and in the urban bowels that are exactly….well….subhuman. They don’t deserve the rights and privileges that comes with living in a free country. They should be rooted out and imprisoned and if proven unworthy of living, summarily eradicated. Just like the opossums, skunks and raccoons we deal with in the same way regularly

That turd needs to be flushed post haste. There is absolutely no reason that he should be breathing a minute after the verdict is official if he did indeed do this.

Exactly. I get prisons need massive reform. But in the abstract the idea of them is to punish, keep people on the outside safe and to hopefully rehabilitate.

we all know prisons fall hideously short of all of that. And another topic obviously.

When we are talking about someone who likely raped an 11 year old and murdered her there is no place for him in jail nor in society. He can’t be “made” better. There is no pill to swallow no therapist to fix. He is coffin filler.

And it’s necessary. He should be facing the DP (and I am not a proponent of the DP—but in cases like this—the deliberate rape and murder of an 11 year old—why even fucking have it if we can use it on him?)  if he’s not executed or put on death row, I don’t think he will be accepted too kindly in prison. Aryan Brotherhood or not.

I’d tell people Stop trying to save monsters like him or advocate we do try. There is no save. Some people do horrible things with their freedom and this is the end result of that. If he were to get out he’d do the same thing. That’s why he needs to be eliminated. He won’t ever change. He is evil. We have to make the change for him. He’s wired like that. He will always be wired like that. Nothing worth salvaging.

A little criminal history (most but obviously not all his crimes seem innocuous but when it accumulates like his does why on earth was he walking free? At all?)

It’s not like he learned any kind of lesson and some people can’t function outside of prison.  and I’m not btw way saying all people with somewhat similar records are incorrigible or can’t be rehabilitated. But most cannot. Fact. I’m cool with three strikes and done for most criminals. Because that’s what they are. That’s their vocation. That’s all they do and all they have to offer.

here is his record:

In 2003, he was charged with possession of a dangerous drug in Liberty County.

In 2005, he was arrested in Baytown for evading arrest or detention.

In 2006, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance and theft by the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

In 2007, he was convicted of enticing a minor with intent out of Brazoria County.

In 2009, he was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in Baytown.

In 2010, he was charged by HCSO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

In 2014, he was charged with theft and reckless driving by HCSO.

In 2019, the Liberty County Sheriff's Office charged him with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

In 2020, HCSO charged him with harassment.

In 2023, Conroe police charged him with resisting arrest.

Records show that McDougal served two years in prison in Huntsville between September 2020 and September 2022.

During the search for Audrii, McDougal was taken into custody on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.

Why was he free to do this? Why? The three I have bolded on his record is enough for me that three strikes you’re out of circulation among the free. You’re a resident of jail until you die

Yep. We see these stories all too often. Right now on Court Tv is a case of a man on trial for beating his 7 year old to death. Drugs. Lots of drugs. The parenting here is atrocious and the parenting of 11 year old Audrii is atrocious. Letting that POS be in her orbit ended her life. But there are thousands of parents like hers all over the country. I weep for those kids. We don’t care enough to keep them safe and away from their parents and extended family.

This guy is the boogeyman and her daddy let him live in a camper behind the house. And he was so grateful to have a place to stay to get back on his feet he raped and killed his friend’s 11 year old daughter.

This is where the irrational side of me takes over because I want the defendant taken care of in a way I won’t even type out. And if Audrii’s parents have any other children for them to be placed elsewhere and for them to be prevented from having future children. I know that it’s irrational and wrong and won’t happen but there will be another Audrii tomorrow…and the week after that and the week after that. And there is no outrage enough to make sure there isn’t another one.

we don’t care enough. She should be enjoying school and excited for spring break. We don’t care enough. We care more about the rights of criminals than Audrii’s rights because reasons…

Story just gets worse. So the police stopped him two days before for some reason. Found her submerged tied to a rock. Fuck this sick POS.

https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/20/us/audrii-cunningham-death-suspect-texas-wednesday/index.html

It is a somewhat ambiguously worded paragraph:

"Investigators say McDougal had agreed to take the girl to a school bus stop on the morning that she disappeared, but she never arrived. In the complaint, a sheriff’s deputy said there is evidence “McDougal lied about his whereabouts and activities on the day of February 15, 2024.”

A large rock was found tied around Audrii’s body when her remains were discovered, the court document says. “The rope used was consistent with rope that was observed in McDougal’s vehicle on a traffic stop two days prior,” the complaint states."

As in, the police observed rope two days prior to her disappearance? Or two days prior to his arrest? I assume the former, which is probably consistent with the capital murder charge.

McDougal was also convicted in 2010 and 2019 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim in the first aggravated assault case said McDougal, his former coworker, attacked him after being thrown out of his house.

“He showed up with some other friends that I had,” Elic Bryan told CNN on Tuesday.

McDougal started stabbing the door before coming back inside, Bryan said.

“He came at me with the knife, and I had my shotgun, and I hit him in the face with it,” Bryan said. “I had no idea he was that kind of person.”

That aggravated assault case led to a four-year prison sentence.

Lesson here: when a dude with nazi tattoos attacks you with a knife and you've got a gun, shoot the fucker dead.

So Audrii’s autopsy came back and what they did release was blunt force/object. Let’s be clear I don’t hope for guns but it would have been more merciful.  We don’t need to build more prisons we need to keep VIOLENT criminals and criminals with repeat offenses like his that included violence in them. Even other prisoners should not be exposed to the violent ones. Those are the lifers. Coffin fillers. He should not have been free to do this and should never have been allowed to be around that girl (parental issues as well—hideous and atrocious.)

he planned that. Killing her. Rapists like him plan this and they all say they panicked. They didn’t mean to kill afterwards. He’s had 20 plus years of committing crimes and doing his time and going right back in. He should never have been free. And I do hope they seek the DP even though I am not a proponent of the DP because why have it if you can’t use it on him? He has proven when he gets out he commits more crimes. He’s dangerous and a kiddie killer and rapist now. Because that was his only motive in not taking her to the bus stop. Given his record. Period. Should be eliminated.

It kinda looks like a Nazi gay pride event (which doesn’t exist I don’t think) but it’s the outfits and such. Looks like a bad YMCA cosplay. Yes. I’ve seen Nazi stuff and Dixie flag not just in East Texas but in places like Virginia and Maine and New Mexico. I’m guessing he got a lot of the tattoos in his various and numerous prison stays and joined that group behind bars. Aryan Brotherhood and all that shit. But I’ve no doubt he was like that regardless. But I hear and read about people joining those groups all the time in prison for self preservation. Not defending it or him—he seems like the poster child for Nazi shit but it also clearly shows Audrii’s daddy wasn’t oblivious to any part of who his monster POS friend was.

They'll f*** him up in prison. I imagine his gang will cut him loose for killing a child. Snitching and killing kids are prison no-no's.

But... we'll see. I'm familiar with a case where the convict went down for stalking his ex and child porn. He was also a cop. Doing just fine in general population. You'd think a kiddie porn cop would get killed in 5 minutes, but he's going on 5 years inside now.

It feels like the only convicts whacking people in prison these days are the ADX Florence types.

They start early in Houston.

https://abc13.com/houston-crime-little-rascals-arrested-young-boys-accused-of-robbing-bank-greenspoint-wells-fargo-robbed/14546129/

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The three bank robbery suspects dubbed as the "little rascals" are now in custody, according to FBI Houston.

The trio made headlines when authorities shared on social media that they were wanted for allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank on the North Freeway and West Road in the Greenspoint area.

Initially, a witness told officials the boys appeared to be between 14 and 18 years old. But, in the arrest update, the FBI said they are 16, 12, and 11 years old.

"The age of the younger two, that's unusual for a bank robbery," Mike Schneider, a retired juvenile district court judge, told ABC13. "It's one of the first times I've seen that."

While FBI Houston released the surveillance photos, the case is a Harris County Sheriff's Office investigation.

According to HCSO, the boys passed a threatening note to a teller. They were believed to be armed, though they did not present a weapon, and they got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Once the photos were released, HCSO started getting tips from the public. Parents of two of the boys came forward and identified them, the sheriff's office said. The third boy was handled by a law enforcement agency following a fight and recognized. The sheriff's office said authorities recovered a weapon and a distinctive item pictured in one of the photos.

The "little rascals" are charged with robbery by threat, a second-degree felony.

"I was thinking either this was very low in sophistication or maybe an adult had something to do with this. That is not uncommon. Because kids have a punishment that is less severe, it is not uncommon for adult offenders to get them to commit crimes," Schneider said.
