I know you've got some big suburbs of Houston there, but as you go North and East in Montgomery, County...don't you get into some fairly small towns or small exurbs rather quickly?

I knew a guy from Dayton. He really.... reallllly liked crystal meth.

From Chardon, Ohio.  Population: ~5,000.  Looks like Pastor Laferty tried something bad in a small town, and is basically gonna get away with it.  He'll be out by World Youth Day-2024.

“Rape a minor? Try THAT in a small town! Wait…he did…and he pretty much got away with it, because he’s ‘Christian?’ Shit. I’m gonna have to tweak those song lyrics a bit now….”

Maybe we need harsher penalties for tax free perverts? They get an automatic 20 year sentence and they must pay $100,000 in fines, if they cannot, than their church must cover the difference (and still be liable for future damages).

This isn't a bad idea, and who would oppose it publicly?

Whenever I open this thread, I think of Joaquin Phoenix in "Gladiator" when he shows up to the front and loudly inquires, "Did we win?  Did I miss it?  Have I missed the battle?!??!?!?!"

Like, eventually some elected official in Texas is gonna show up to one of these arraignments or hearings and shout out, "Have we done it?  Have we arrested all the drag queens and groomers?"  And he looks around, deflates in defeat, and realizes the carnage he sees before him are the crushed souls of young people tamped out by the very people who were coerced into endorsing him by some twisted interpretation of what "God" wanted.

95% of the people mouth raping Texas children are known to the parents and have nothing to do with library books.  Remember that as school sports and faith classes resume this week.  It's late August folks, time to get back to school shootin' and kiddie rape.  And I don't see an ironic brassy bouffant anywhere on the horizon.  Just brass crosses, brass robes, brass goblets, and brass ammunition.

Goshdarnit, when are all of these durned drag queens gonna get the message -- quit molestin' our kids!

See, they were just showing them what could happen if drag queen got ahold of them.    It really is the drag queen's fault.

threadbump as VPN law goes into effect in about 14 hours and most of these perverts won't be able to access porn---so we're protecting the children!  Yay, Texas!

(checks notes)

Apparently, I'm being told by my producer, that these people can still molest children in real life and the porn they watch is on the dark web and sold between pedophiles and requires no VPN.  And they are given protection, so long as they pay off DPS.  Okay, well that's that then.
