Yeah I figured it out right around halftime that people aren’t restricted to only watching sports on broadcast television. Early adopter and shit.

I don’t even have the heart to say fuck Kawhi any more. He’s already been fucked enough by his broken down body. Get well soon. You’re never winning shit.

Of course.....

Odds of Paul George bolting after this year for maybe Golden State?  He's never winning anything on the Clippers with The Nephew.

Say what you will about today's NBA, but it's pretty cool to see a home crowd going crazy at the end of a 14-3 run to see their team pull within [checks notes] 20, feeling like they still have a decent chance to pull this one out...which they do.

overemphasis on the 3 leads to massive variations in scores.  Need to do somethign about the 3, make it 33 feet or something.

Make the midrange shot be worth 3 and the 3 pt line is worth 2 and 3 ft from the line gives the other team 1 point

There are several good arguments to be made about the over-reliance on 3s being detrimental to the game.

"Let's make it so big leads are safe, and viewers can comfortably turn their televisions off at halftime" isn't one of them.

it's moreso that the better team can easily lose a game with overemphasis on this freak tool. Obviously it's a choice to jack up 48 a game, still it's much variance in outcomes. It's also very ugly and one dimensional. I'm fine with banning it.

Yet we still see the best teams make the Finals every season. In the past 15 years we've had one weird Finals winner (2011) and I'd argue one weird Finals participant (2023).

Wolves get Scott Foster tonight

Well it was a fun run while it lasted but the extenders gonna take it from here

For those who forgot, foster reffed the game Rudy made the “make money” hand gesture towards.

A game Jarrett Allen had 21 FT attempts by himself

I think Minnesota wins tonight because they’re better. Phoenix would need something even more overwhelming than a free throw parade to win.

Not nearly as disappointing as that horseshit take to the rim with 30 secs left.

Luka - Brunson - Porzingas >>> Luka - Kyrie - others

Too bad they couldn't make that work, would've been special.

Kyrie is a lot better off ball than Brunson.

It would've been Luka, brunson, KP, Finney smith, and a bunch of role players. We'd have to score 130 every game just to be in it. Who's the leader on that team? It ain't Jason Kidd. Also we would've been in cap hell way past the first apron.

Ishbia has nothing to do with that contract.

For the next three seasons too.

It has to be the worst contract in the league.

Dude just had to be bad tonight and he was atrocious.

Woof.

No, but he has everything to do with trading for it.

It's amazing that they got rid of Sarver then found a worse owner.

They have no options for next season. Beal is immovable. They could trade Durant but then you're back into rebuilding mode with Booker closing in on 30.

They for sure would have won tonight without him. It's almost inconceivable that Little and Okogie would have been worse.
