Massive point, worth repeating

Someone explain to me what Baker was doing on our last offensive play, how do you not see the guy blowing right by you when your not even looking the other way? Seriously what the fuck.

What did you want sark to manage when it was obvious Arch couldn't hit the bench from two foot away?

You seem like the type that might not believe it if Baker was standing right in front of you and told you himself.

If you remember there was a problem even before the first play of the game. A short time out was called and the body language between Manning and Sark looked like "I can't hear..." and "turn it up." Maybe the crowd noise bothered him the entire game. More than we realize. Iterfered with audibles, perhaps.

It wasn't crowd noise. Arch never settled in.. or at least I keep telling myself that, because the other option is unthinkable...

That was to move us back after the kickoff.

Surly showed out in Austin today - it was a world class party we had to watch arch do his best impression of Hudson card shitting down his leg in fayetnam.

That's how I feel.

Nothing prevents him from talking to Flood and Milwee.

Some great points have been made in this thread, but I do have one semi-critical question. Would the way Gus Johnson kept calling the sideline reporter The A A G be considered a form of sexual harrassment?

Thought she was way too old for that.

No that was the refs calling us for “signaling” on the opening kickoff.

Evidently no one can do anything.

All we did is have one guy wave to our return man not to run it out but he did and got out to about the 32 yard line.

They backed us up to the 25.

Gus Johnson in the booth or anywhere near a microphone is abuse to all involved.

if Arch just plays like he did against Miss State, we win this game . .

I know Ohio State is way better but that defense has nothing to do with throwing short and behind the WR .

In just don’t know wtf happen for Arch to get worse in a year. It just doesn’t make sense

AJ Milwee is the common denominator so I tend to think he is fucking terrible at player development.

Good News: Arch coming back next year

Bad News: Arch is ass

The more I see talk about Arch’s mechanics the more I’m convinced Milwee will not be here next season. Year 4 and basic QB mechanics have been a concern in all 4.

Sark missed his best chance to find him a soft landing in the offseason

AJ was an important piece of Manning coming to Texas. I don’t know whether he’s key now or not.

This is where Mack was a better CEO. He didn’t mind or waste time firing an underperforming bitch.

Sounds like a real bullshit rule. Sounds like a board of governors who think if they don't make changes, they haven't earned their pay.

Too many fucking rules will ruin any game. Apparently now, if an offensive player runs out of bounds and doesn't want the clock to stop, well that's his fucking call. What's the reasoning? We don't want someone to get hurt trying to stay in bounds??? We don't want to penalize a team for running outside because they could accidentally stop the clock when they're trying to run it out??? or we don't want them to hurt their little brains having to think. Let's let the coaches do that???

Man talk about overreacting.

Arch stunk it up on the road at one of the toughest places in the country to play and now we should replace our QB coach ?

Get a fucking grip morons.

wait, complaining about our qb coach is overreacting?  have you seen our qbs these last four years?

I truly don't understand what Milwee does. He's not some QB whisperer, we know that. But Sark has to make a big boy decision and hire a legit QB coach. Arch's motion is shit. What the fuck were they working on the last 3 weeks? Clearly they didn't work on Arch's motion.

I'd argue a major reason Mack lost his job was because he tolerated a putrid OL for over a decade. In his final years, he became more of a hardass because he knew his job was on the line.

There's times to throw sidearm, i.e., to get it under an opposing rusher, but otherwise all you're doing is risking an off target throw because of a millisecond timing mistake. That's playing just a little too relaxed. You see it more in baseball.

No, but I've seen the idiots who to this day hope and pray Ewers fails even though his success is nothing but gold for the 40. They ant handle anything outside of their flea sized brain.

He created that OL issue by recruiting lazily. He fired a lot of defensive staff but avoided the elephant in the room until he was forced to.

Revisionist history, Sark will need to make some tough decisions and not get complacent. Didn’t he learn anything from Saban, lol.
