I remember a marquee bowl game against Michigan 20 years ago. We had a hyped QB who had started to come into his own and roster filled with very talented sophomores and juniors. Texas ended up beating

Apparently biff did some rogue shit and now the expectation is that Whitt is going to coach the bowl game with casula and wink running the shows.

Hold up.. Are you implying that Biffington Rodolphius Poggi somehow engaged in an activity that was unbecoming to the university, and/or not in the best interest of the team, and/or just some weird shit that only Mike Leach could get away with? I am shocked I tell you. Shocked.

Just catching up on this thread after a busy holiday. Jesus. Do we have a bunch of posters that have never played sports? This mindset is ridiculous. And if they did play sports and still think this way, my guess is they were giant pussies on the field, court, ice, diamond, sand, grass, concrete, wood, ropes, or lane. Good grief.

Rivers is a huge goober, but I really respect what he did this season and he’s 100% right

Let's cleanse this thread of alt uniform nonsense. So not just 3 Michigan players have opted out.

Was the media just reporting true opt-outs (NFL bound) and not kids opting out by going into the portal (that isn't open yet)?

I think it's both that and players who are too injured to play or don't want to risk further injury.

What’s more disgusting is there are losers out there who really REALLY want this to happen.

Hey you had a solution - make the losers who want it wear it and then set them on fire.

Yes, that is the solution.

It’s for their own good in the end, which will be brought about swif…well, not so swiftly.

This morning's press conference that of course isn't on LHN because why would our own network have it. Starts about 11 minutes in.

I'm sure if Sark was all smiles this site would say he's having way too good a time for a mediocre season.

OK, which one of you fat lawyer assholes is already down in Florida for the game?

https://www.foxbusiness.com/economy/outback-steakhouse-sued-man-suffers-serious-bodily-injury-toilet-shattering-under-him

A Florida man filed a lawsuit against Outback Steakhouse alleging that he was on a handicapped toilet when the seat "suddenly shattered and collapsed" while he was doing his business, resulting in injury.

Michael Green said he suffered "severe bodily injury" during the incident at an Outback Steakhouse location along Southwest College Road in Ocala, according to the lawsuit.

The injuries include "significant and permanent loss of an important bodily function" and "loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life," Green alleges in the suit.

Cracked and shattered porcelain will have you bleeding out before you even know you got sliced. Don’t sit on a toilet with cracks

I’m pretty surprised Texas has more roster defections than Michigan for this game. 20+ for Texas, 12-15 for Michigan. We’re down more starters. Going to be a tougher road with the number disadvantage

Bobby on OTF saying Biff playing with numbers to make "poor Michigan" sound worse.

Said Texas has more starters out, and LB for Horns vs "poor Michigan" may be a significant problem especially when they run 3 TE sets.

The picture does not do the dead inside justice. Sark received bad news right before this presser. Who said no out of the portal?

My guess: Sark is tired of dealing with dumbass agents and ridiculous numbers. He went on and on of the shit that is happening. Teams are getting creative and Texas needs to get creative. Letting administrators and boosters know that they can't ask him to compete unless they are willing to get into the SEC pigsty. He is also letting agents know via the media to stop wasting his time with unreasonable opening salvos.

Got him right in his blooming onion.

I guess you could use this as a condiment bar if your chosen menu item doesn't have enough of the Cheezits you crave.

I know the Citrus Bowl has some decent history behind what was a pretty good bowl game before the college football playoff. But now, with an expanded playoff format making these bowl games that much more meaningless, having the "Cheez-Its" sponsorship in the title of our bowl game is pretty damn deflating. The photo of the Cheez-Its sampling bar doesn't help.

What's more prestigious than a bowl with this kind of menu?

I love it.

The non-CFP bowls need to lean into a gimmick. The Pop-Tarts Bowl is the model - go viral and make people want to watch you.

I'm about to run the grocery store to pick up items so mdleast and I can create a stupid menu of snacks that involve Cheez-Its. You can lament the death of bowls or you can enjoy them for what they are now. I chose the latter.

The bowl games with snack sponsors are a much better non-Playoff experience than the generic ones imo. All of the activations are so much fun.
