There is not a decent right handed reliever anywhere on this roster.  None

Haven’t been this excited to pick up the Dallas Morning News in a long time. Add it to the collection. The last titles my teams have won.

Man, how I wish my dad could have been here to see this. Biggest Rangers fan ever. I was on the phone with him in 2011 when we needed one more strike. I’ve never heard such a crushed, disappointed rea

What position player(s)? are pitching today?

Let Duran do it, he sure as shit can't hit.

And Garcia hit again, no bueno I say.  NO BUENO!

My wife said "right hand reliever" sounds dirty.

Miller just trying to be one of the guys.

Complete dominance in what sounds like their home park.
They did win a world series there.

Drove up and stayed at the Gaylord Texan— nothing but LAD fans everywhere. Had no idea they traveled so well, especially regular season.

And there's 8MM people in the D/FW area and more than a few have moved from California in the last decade plus.

I talked to a few yesterday at the game and they were all local.

Rangers appear to be reverting back to still shitty lately.

Stop that.

Utterly embarassing start. Lost the game in the first inning.

I can't imagine having this dude start a playoff game.

Just came in to say I have to miss today's baseball. Wife asked me to thin out the garlic bulbs two weeks ago and I thought right now would be a good time to get started.

Or maybe this will make it easier

Alright. Decent answer so far.

Not going to make a shit if Martin keeps handing out 4 pitch walks.

Well that didn't last long.

Guess I'd rather have Martin than this guy up there.

Man, and I thought Leon was offensively challenged at backup catcher...

Good work Sheehan. Hit the showers.

hello wc, but the last 2 days SUXXXED

2 shellings by the dodgers, the atlanta series, the cincy series, the 2nd cheaters series, i'm not all in yet

Big win. Major bounce back from the shitty start.

We need some pitching.

At least the entire NL West lost today, so it's like it never happened.  But 2/3 from each of NYM, Bal, and Tex on the road is just fine.  Thanks for the series gents.

Perez hasn’t been near the the pitcher he was last year, but that was some cajones to fight through that shit early. The younger Martin wouldn’t have even stayed in long enough to get into a jam in the 3rd, much less get out of it. Nice bounce back after a pair of ass whippings; really need to take 2 of 3 from the cheaters…

Yep on MP.  Strong effort today. Still 4/6 in these 3 big series. Need to win series versus Stros.

Chapman is such a beast

He has to have been mailing it in at the end of his time with NYY because there is no way someone that pitches like him could have a 4.50 ERA.

Deeply saddens me that we're having such a historic season and Eric Nadel hasn't called a single game for us this year

Yeah, he was on with Hitzges several weeks ago and you could hear in his voice how much he's missing the booth.

He obviously has some much bigger things that need attention.

Amen. One of the best in the business. Miss hearing him call games since we don’t have Bally Sucks Sports and can’t watch games.

Ran into Eric at a local car repair shop in my old neighborhood a few years ago. Nice guy in person too.

Pretty brave of him to go on local news earlier this year and talk about his depression.

Hope he’s back soon.
Taylor Hearn traded for cash.  Has to be clearing a 40 man spot, right?

He was designated for assignment last week to clear a spot so don’t think that was the primary reason for the trade. All they could get was cash from a team desperate for bullpen help?

Ah.  Missed that he was DFA.  Boo.

In soccer, and every other business deal in the U.S., the verb used would be “sold”. (Past tense of to sell.)

The American aversion to acknowledging “buying” & “selling” players in comical.

You soccer people are so clever…

Caught CY on the radio just now, said Garcia will probably be back tomorrow.
