Feels good to intercept, but field position would've been better if he just dropped it.

Interception is kind of a wash given the field position.

Yeah but you have to intercept it and try to go score yourself. Giving it back to your offense is going to do fuckall.

Tech really is Sand Aggy. And we recruit against them. Honestly, this whole state can juggle my burnt orange nuts.

These teams suck. Texas would beat both. Neither is a serious contender.

True.

Anybody who constantly bitches about the Texas offense should be forced to watch this game non-stop throughout the offseason.

This right motherfucking here.

This game is a master class in poor head coach decision making.

Yeah this 4th down shit is just comical at this point.

Cost themselves one entire yard of field position after the return.

It could have been much worse. If it's 4th down you should be coached not to do that unless you're absolutely certain you can regain the yards

Tech's QB is fucking awful. They just don't see this type of power and speed on defense much in the Big 12.

lol , Moore had 2 other guys wide open on that 4th down. What a rube

What's the deal with some of these commercials? Is espn making any money on this shit? GemStone available at the Home Depot! Tacky iron on shit for your tsthirts and even yoga pants! Superbowl ads they ain't.

I think the players should start wearing more mouthpieces on their face masks smh.

Most of them should be wearing paper bags over their helmets.

LOL 2 false starts in a row

How long before Joey pulls out the trick play

plus a couple of feel-good patsies

Yeah, they were trying to emulate March madness, with some Cinderalla stories.

Except that in basketball, you can have one superstar and three or four solid role players, and beat anybody in the league. Football isn't like that. Those games are completely pointless, snoozefest ratings killers.

He’s saving it for next week.

Morton is pretty clearly a non-functional quarterback at this point. McGuire will have to make a tough decision soon.

I think they are trying to avoid a lawsuit more than recreate March Madness

My comment was really more geared towards a wash with running it and not making it instead. But your point stands.

And yeah, Lanning was a moron here even if his defense is playing good, because they might blink. Go for it on 4th and goal, OK. kick FGs when in range, and punt when midfield.

Maybe so.

This game is precisely why SOS needs to be weighted way more than it is. Just like a final exam, it should represent 70% of your final grade.

Lanning doing everything he can to lose this game

I don’t think he can do enough. Tech’s O is garbage.

This is just bullshit. The G5 have produced a few good teams that have beaten top p4 teams in the past and plenty of those March Madness matchups are 60 point blowouts. This is a take not based on history or logic but just feelings based on the current thing that just happened. Stop being so reactionary.

Tech was 10th in SOS in their own conference.

Oregon about to fuck around and find out

Egregious game mismanagement by Lanning.

Probably that to.

But just fucking enjoy the games. Not every match up can be perfectly designed to get the game you want. It's ridiculous.

Say goodbye to 12 teams and 25-26 wait between games.

Miami says hello

Does Tech know you can throw the ball into the end zone?

(Edit: they do. Intercepted).

I don't think they have a QB capable of doing so at this point
