I don't follow golf much, so I had to look up when the Ryder Cup was, and how many wins Scottie'd logged so far. (Knew Scottie had already won a couple this year, but wanted to know when.)

He is 95 under par in majors since 2021. That typically makes you money.

Bullshit.

Nolan had all of the hits in this encounter.

"6 hits off of Nolan" is saying Nolan had all the hits in this encounter. If it helps, substitute "off of" with "from" as they are doing the same lifting but it's clearer (though you lose the baseball idiom).

A man and a women are both saying they are lucky to be alive after they were hit by an SUV in the middle of a food review for social media.

They made it seem like the car was flying off the highway and then this morning I heard the report that it was just the lady parked and forgot to put it in park…

PTSD is when those drunk drivers drive all the way through a 7-11, not when a car barely rolls through a window and just shatters the glass

In Taiwan, they actually have professional cryers at funerals.

I suppose families thought the louder you cry, the more you loved the deceased person. For my grandmother's funeral, my aunts ponied up for a professional funeral cryer who wailed into a microphone for an hour - sobs, moans, "grandma, why did you have to die, etc.".

It was annoying as fuck.

they do it in the states.  it’s kind of a thing in the community.  golden gate funeral home in dallas is a big player.
