Surprised Kenan Thompson GIF

Aside from that, the dude hauls “ULTRA MAGA” into his idiotic oral discharge… clearly it was CR BULLSHIT.

keep CR IN CR. If I want to read political jibberjabber I’d go to CR. Not the god damned recruiting board.

If we don’t get this shit back on track soon, I’m not going to have a fucking clue what I want for lunch today.

Bobby confirming Texas is still chasing Lott, but Finley and fam FAFO a little too much and Texas is not involved at this point.

In addition, Dad could've stuck around another year to help us in our '09 title run. Fuck the Brocks Finleys.

He left after the 2007 season so we would have had to stay 2 more years to help us with the 2009 run?

We would have made a run in 2008 if he had stayed. That tech game wouldn’t have been so close and we would have waxed floridas and tebows clock in the final.

That's right my bad. We were pretty damn close in '08 though too. Still, fuck him.

I always wonder if we beat Tech if we also had Irby. He blew out his knee in that Rice game

2008 was the better team.  However, losing J Charles to NFL hurt more in my opinion.

I was looking for where a couple of the transfers are now and the Sacramento State roster is full of familiar names like Savion Red, Kris Ross, Jaden Rashada, Ernest Campbell, and Jordan Jefferson. Not a rebound destination for bad kids, just dumb ones with tweener bodies.

Brennan Marion hoovered them all up. I guess they like his brand of bullshit. He does run a fun offense, though.

If what he describes is true about the golf cart rednecks, I assumed it had some basis in reality thus it seems to be only an observation. It's very visual. It doesn't seem to be politically slanted. If there were a large gathering of Black people whose vehicles flew BLM banners, it's just an observation to say you saw them.

FTR: I agree strongly with keeping the different board category content contained.

Without commenting on any of the political elements (or even whether they are political), his description of the golf cart rednecks fits my personal experiences at Crystal Beach to the letter. I could instantly visualize what he was talking about, having seen it many times.

Holy shit, just call it out as CR (which it is, there wasn't a reason to make it political) and then shut uuuuupppppp

Calling it out makes things worse, draws attention to a possibly irritant post, and prolongs the agony of everyone. That's why the 'report' option exists. Report and move on, and avoid stupid fights.

WR not a huge need after last year's haul of Lockett, Ffrench, McCutcheon, and Terry. No need to deal with drama and pay up for Finley only to have him ride the bench for 2 years. Nice to have but by no means must have.

Chicken Fried Steak since McDonald's doesn't have McRibs right now.

it’s very important to exercise our right to report.  this is a serious place.  I report anywhere from 50-70 posts daily.

No chance JMF would've stood by on the player sidelines next to the coaches and let his son ride pine for 2 years.

There's a bar for talent where you're willing to deal with some level of pain in the ass, and Finley doesn't clear it.

We may need a Lott, but we already have plenty of better versions of Finley.

I like KJ Edwards a whole bunch.  Was stoked to hear that Texas was still on him and that he reciprocated interest.  Kinda bummed to hear otherwise, he's got track speed that shows on the field.  I'm sure there are all types of moving parts that inform the "why" on this being a one back class - but running back is a position that a team can get thin at pretty quickly.  Don't have to look far to find it play out (Texas 2019 and 2024).  First world problem, I guess.

It seems like Cooper is looking to be the only back in the class. Edwards jumped the gun on an offer to somewhere he doesn’t want to go because the money wowed him. I’m fine with the outcome, personally.

Do you even transfer portal, dude?

Jermichael was apparently the biggest issue in that recruitment. His ego and expectations sound as large as his child support obligations.

You can’t use the portal mid season when you lose two rbs to injury.  Hell, last year we took that guy from Kansas in the summer as a grad transfer just to have another body.

I say this with absolute certainty but also ask for immunity by saying this about a teenager:

What a douche this Kreul dude is.

I’m watching IMG vs The First Academy(TFA) in Orlando and he has 2 sacks and a TFL in the first half. They move him around. I was hoping he would suck but he can play. There is so much talent in this game. TFA is on the rise. A lot of D1 talent in the pipeline.

The knock on him is that he's a tweener and might be maxed out for college, not that he's not a very effective high school player.
