Maldy spoke out about issues. Also mentioned how they need to play better. Hope he was looking in a mirror

If Maldy was the team leader everyone claims he is, he would give his spot to Diaz.

Who swept us this late in the season last year? I'm not seeing it.

My bad.  Was thinking of the sweep by the A’s at end of July last year.  But we got swept by the A's in September of 2017.

Oh yeah i love when the dude who sucks ass at work speaks up and tries to tell everyone how to be better at their jobs.

Maldonado: "The key will be better energy in the dugout, not being satisfied after you lose. I feel like every team that comes here and plays us, wants to beat us and we didn’t make them earn it. We feel like we’re giving it away."

Too bad he didn’t decide the key was for him not to be awful on offense and defense.

We’re gonna win the division. But it starts with 2 key moves which I’m happy to walk down the street and execute them myself.

DFA Singleton for Brantley’s 40 man spot and call up Brant.

Julks down, Hensley up. Julks has no place on this roster. Possibly ever again.

Just to make yall feel better about the past weekend....today is the  8 year anniversary of Mike Fiers no hitter

Yeah- if we aren't in 3rd place by the end of the month I will be literally shocked.  We have got to finish with a serious finishing kick in September or we are going to miss the playoffs.

Do we even have a Coaching staff. Framber, Javier, and now Brown seem to be broken can't they determine wtf is going on. Miss Stomm.

Maldonado leading a team meeting is like Neidermeyer giving a talk to his troops.
Hearing a speech from him would make me want to run into a brick wall.

Whoaaa!

that’s actually a decent lineup

Against a LHP that’s the best lineup we could put out there (offensively) at this point in time.

What a terrible bench - Out best lineup against a LHP includes Martin Maldando at catcher.

Probably.
now that I’m thinking about it maybe Dubon at 1st and Diaz catching would be better. It’s probably pretty close. Maldy isn’t horribly inept against LHP.
I think that’s the only nice thing I will ever say about him.

I would rather see Neidermeyer in the batter's box.

The only problem I foresee is that Javier appears to not be good anymore.

You'll get full and hitters' counts as far as the eye can see.

If Javier doesn't lead the league in number of pitches thrown per inning, he has to be in the top 5

Fuck. Javier is nowhere the pitcher he's been.

Going from unhittable to this is very confusing.

It has to be his mechanics. His fastball doesn’t have that deceptive lack of drop anymore.

Its the same with Framber. We’ve been talking about Framber not throwing his sinker too hard since the opener as it eliminates the late movement on the pitch. He’s still throwing it too hard.

I don’t know why we have coaches because I don’t think they do anything. They’ve had all year to prep Diaz for where to cutoff throws from the outfield at 1B, but he still doesn’t know.

hes lost his movement

Good team meeting, Maldonado, you fat, worthless fuck.

Maybe instead of flapping your gums, you could fucking leave the leadership to people like Altuve, who is trying to carry this fucking team on his 5'5 back.
