Run out the clock. We can't have Milton throwing a second TD Pass. It might hurt Dak's feelings.

Why do people post this shit? Like you’re just asking for it.

And lose most the time.  That’s not the “Cowboys”.

“Most”?  They’re 4-3-1. Stretch to say most. And the point is they’re on tv so much becuase the brand is alive and thriving. And that’s why Jerry won’t do anything to improve.

They weren't competitive today. They left it all on the field last week. Didn't look like the same team.

Maybe the coaches were just effing tired. Maybe they had doctors appointments this week. Needed to get a new set of tires. SHopping for cars, maybe. Getting ready for Halloween, perhaps.

Actually 3-4-1. But still...

Tough road game, so not that devastating a loss, except they needed to start clicking.  Lose to Cardinals or Raiders and it's a totally lost season.

Daks career isn’t over. And there’s a common denominator for Romo and Dak.

Regardless of any front office Dak doesn’t win a ring

Idiots.

Dak has a potential HOF career if he played with a less dysfunctional franchise. The only places definitely worse are Cleveland and the Jets.

If he played for Denver we’d have hung 60 on your shitty defense today and would probably be undefeated.

The soft bigotry of low expectations when you lose by 20 and give up 44 to a pedestrian offense.

McBride gonna go for 110 and 2 tds

benson 134 and 1 td

harrison jr 88 and 1

I hope so. I've got both McBride and Benson in my high-dollar fantasy league -- and I just lost Skattebo.

Silly take.  Don't think he would have won one with the Eagles, Rams or 49rs by now?  The front office IS the reason this team hasn't advanced past the divisional round above all.

Yeah that was brutal. He's been a beast the last few weeks.

On top of that was Quintin Johnson getting zero targets after being on track to start for the Chargers. Double-fucked DougO luck.

Time to put some guys on the block to get draft capital. Turpin ain't worth his pay for three or four nice plays per season. There should be a sucker out there for him. Even Kenny Clark. He didn't fix Jerry's run defense. They're going to have to start from scratch with a new DC next season. Tolbert might bring a late pick for a few WR needy teams that have hopes this season. Terrance Steele, contract probably makes it a tough sell, but there are some teams in dire need with OT injuries.

They can't afford to get rid of any decent players on defense.  The biggest problem is having so many jags on the field at the same time.

They're getting rid of Diggs i'm pretty sure.

need to get something for him.

I would have thought Diggs was a trade target, but putting him on IR probably didn't help that cause.

I don't know if any team is going to take his contract with his injury history and whatever off the field shit he has going on.  They'll wait until Dallas cuts him and sign him to a prove it deal.

They'll win just enough games to not get a top 5 pick.

They’ve already pretty much done that when you mix in the tie.  There are like 8 NFL teams right now with only 1 or 2 wins.

They'll end up picking in the teens in that case.  I underestimated how good the offense would be, but the defense has managed to exceed my shitty expectations.

Even without his drunken concussion or whatever he still only brings a late round pick in trade.

NM.

I have no expectations of anything great this season for sure. Ceiling is 9 wins, floor maybe 6. Likely 7ish. Top 10 pick will be nice, less chance to screw it up.

Regression to our mean.

this is a shit team

Jerruh can get fucked. And also stop messing with the Horns while he’s at it. Last week and this week are the games that separate the contenders from the pretenders. The contenders have knocked off their cobwebs and are balling and working thru past issues. The pretenders are falling apart.

Yeah if Dak is healthy and those WR's are playing, they're going to win 7 games at worst.  Probably more like 8 or even 9(would take some upsets) and miss the playoffs.

Before this past weekend I'd have even entertained trading our own pick if the GB pick wasn't good enough for a proven guy with a long term contract. like if we're piking 17th it's not that big a deal if the GB pick is still like 28-30.

Dallas having the Packers pick almost guarantees a Green Bay superbowl. Unless it is still rigged for the fecals, which it almost seems like with all the calls that go their way.

Cowboys own pick will probably be 6-12, my guess, 15 tops.

They will probably reach for another Michigan DT bust there, or bundle both picks for one colossal bust higher up.

I have no expectations of anything great ever.

It's too bad. With Jerry's financial acumen, the Boys could have been something top drawer for a while if he'd just hire a good GM and a real coach that other teams want.

Instead, he's an ego-fueled hobgoblin always in search of a camera, and Dallas is trapped in purgatory.

Does that Dallas tally include pick 6'es?

It’s Points Scored, not Offensive Points Scored, so yeah.

(this came off as snarky on reread/edit, and I didn’t mean it to sound that way at all)
