Texas Rangers 2023 - They're Still Shitty?

Seager and Adolis and Monty are earning most of the postseason headlines but this run doesn’t occur without the re-emergence of Sborz. He’s been that rock that is first guy out of the pen most nights and more reliable statistically than Aroldis or Leclerc.

Our bullpen was the Achilles Heel for this club coming into the playoffs. Sborz face-planted in August and September, part of the Rangers overall struggles.

Over six straight disastrous appearances from 8/16 to 9/4, he gave up 13 earned runs (14 total) in five innings. His ERA skyrocketed from 3.83 to 5.80 as the Rangers lost all six of those games. He blew leads in two of them and was credited with a loss in another. I think he went on DL and didn’t pitch for 24 days. He got in two Seattle games the last weekend, pitched well and won on 9/30, the last regular season win for the Rangers.

Dude has been nails in postseason. (Well, he just got tagged with that run.)

Evo should outstrip Seager, Monty and even Adolis.

It is. There was one last night as well. Section of Rangers fans near us. I think friends or maybe even players families because a lot of players were pointing at them.
Love it.
I'm pretty sure Evan Carter's family set near you on the third base side last night
