I feel like Juluke has already had an effect on the way our RBs run.

You say a lot of dumb shit, like every day, but this is as high up there as the time you claimed Shawn Watson was an innovative spread offensive mind.

Not strictly transfer related, but significant roster news

  • This kind of shit from our fanbase wears me out. Sark took over a lost program and since we've been to 2 semis and should have been in the playoffs this year but for a committee that doesn't understan

A few years ago I started mentally tracking RB’s who had been thru ACL and Achilles surgeries, partially because I’ve been through two acl surgeries myself.

I noticed a very clear trend of much better performance in the 2nd or 3rd year after coming back, as compared to the first year. The Cowboys Williams is an example of that, who finally looked good again in year three.

Along those same lines, those that didn’t comeback strong by year three were permanently worse.

Don’t know if we are seeing that 2 year performance bump with Clark, but he looked like a completely different player. What I can’t reconcile is that before he got hurt he didn’t look very good.

I did some film breakdown of a couple of the non con games on the football board and Clark's issue was mental. He wasn't running the gap schemed in the play and was wasting carries where the line actually blocked it well. He was so bad he got flat benched at halftime of the UTEP game I believe.

I'm sure part of it is he's feeling stronger physically now than in September. But the biggest growth I noticed was mental. He both ran to gap correctly most of the time as well as less choppy feet hesitation in the backfield. Much more decisive against a faster and better defense than he was screwing up against in September.

Not what I was expecting. Maybe Arch snores or has stinky feet

Why the fuck is he entering the portal when it was o. IOUs the shit talent behind him wasn’t a threat

Wingo and Mosely and one from the portal...

Sorry to see the great white WR hope go just for the lutz, but is he a huge loss? Probably not...

Don’t like that

lol…. I am actually a bit hurt about jaggy entering the portal. Whatever… bye.

That's shocking given how he said his family are big UT fans and it was his dream to play in Austin. Maybe the coaches plan for him going forward isn't what he expected? Might signal they're going to swing big for multiple receivers in the portal.

I thought Parker was gonna have a memorable career as a Longhorn… This is a bummer…

An opportunity to upgrade the WR rotation!

Feels crazy considering his relationship with Arch and his prominent playing time during the season…wonder if there’s any read-through to us locking down a big fish portal WR or if this is Livingstone thinking he can get more $ elsewhere.

Wonder if Ryan Williams stays at Bama or transfers out. I've heard nothing.

Dude had 14-15 dropped passes this season. We don't want a player who doubles Wingo's

Livingstone seems odd

Unless he knows he's about to fall on the depth chart.

Again, this era of cfb is profoundly less fun.

A kid who dreamed of playing here is getting pushed out for a transfer. Or just the hope we can land the transfer.

how or why would he know that

Because he’s been told they plan to bring in a couple of WRs ahead of him.

The only way this makes sense is if we are bringing in a bigger outside portal WR. Otherwise what the fuck we doing man? Livingstone has limitations but he provides that security blanket along the sideline. No one else we have can do that and it showed all season.

edit: Just saw all the Coleman shit update after submitting. I mean that would explain this but I still think that is a snowball chance in hell type situation. We need so much else in the portal I don't see how a ~2.5M WR makes sense.

Jettisoning multiple starting WRs with drop issues to land an elite #1 WR talent (albeit one who also has drop issues).

Bold move, let's see if it pays off.

Christian Clark wasn't a highly ranked recruit at all. Had some great offers though. Choice got in on him early and had him sold as a 1B back in the class with Gibson.

We passed on either Taylor Tatum or Jordon Davison to prioritize him.

Not to mention James Peoples, as well.

Pushed out seems a little much. He's chasing more money or playing time. I doubt anyone told him to gtfo.
