Fucking Blue Jays, you had it in your hands & just coughed it up.  Can't squander that many opportunities against that caliber of a team.

Great game, great series.  Congrats to LA.  They kept fighting the entire time & made the plays.

This game pretty much mirrors Rangers game 6 meltdown in 2011 lmao.

Toronto was about as anti clutch as you could be after going up 3-2. Cornball team.

I don’t like Davis much but his called nailed it.

to beat the champ, you gotta knock out the champ.

reminds me of UGA football this year. No one can finish them off (until Texas in a couple of weeks, hopefully)

Narratively for the Dodgers, it’s either a  Freeman HR or Ohtani opening and Yamamoto closing on short rest.

By closing, I obviously meant getting the win and getting mvp.

When I went to LA in March a couple of years ago I was really struck by how much Dodgers gear I saw. I figured it was a Lakers town, but at least from my narrow tourist perspective it seemed like LA loves the Dodgers most of all. So congrats LA.

Winning a series like that when you battled back so much all year? That was legendary.

Roberts was slick in managing this game. The decision to walk for a runner on first and third paid off.

That, the Pages substitution, the decusion to roll Yoshi out there. Dude just gets it

And now sadness. Baseball 2025 has ended.

This has been my sweet spot of the year. Longhorn football, post season baseball and the Spurs looking indomitable.

October was a great month for sports.
