good summary of what our Trumpkin friends here are able to twist themselves into defending.

This is from April 2017.  He'd been in office for less than 3 months.  I can't fathom how long that blog would be if written today.

These are cops sent to make Oregon GOP state senators actually show up to do their duty and vote. Right-wing militias showed up at the state capitol with rifles and intimidated the majority in response.

We're headed for a civil war, aren't we?

And none of them are going to go to the White House if they win.  It will be great when he pulls that uninvited shit like he did for the Warriors on the actual US national team.

The real sad part though is that the men's national team will never deserve an invite.

Give it a generation or two - with the demographic changes, we will eventually see a men's national team that can win.

Oh, I have no idea what it is or will be, but with each passing day he keeps raising, er, lowering the bar.

Today, bashing a soccer player for (double checking here) using her 1st amendment rights and complaining that Twitter is mean to him.  Tomorrow, who knows.

Mueller's open testimony to the House is going to lead to some spectacular tweets and rants.

Not unless somebody comes up with a cure for diabetes and a way to extend the battery life on Rascal scooters.

That day or the day before, lookout for an invasion or massive air attack on somebody other than Russia.

The QAnon folks were partly nailed on reddit for posting addresses of politicians and discussing where their school attended.  They were warned multiple times, yet, just like a toddler or 6 year-old being told not to do something, they just couldn't help themselves.  Same thing is going to happen here.

Pretty much every day of the Trump presidency, it's impossible not to think, "What if Obama had done/said this?"  Like, what if Obama said, "none of your business what I discuss with hostile autocrats."

Supposed libertarians who somehow believe he is one of them because...lower taxes? Of course, they'll overlook his authoritarian tendencies toward the free press/civil rights and alignment with the fundangelicals, which explains all the Gary Johnson voters around here.

That's what I said in 1990 when living in France and embarrassed as an American from a country who just won the Cold War with our showing in the World Cup that year.

There's plenty of "militia" (right-wing terrorist) groups that aren't full of geriatrics. Plenty of their membership aren't in great shape, but they're all stupid, literally insane, and heavily armed.  They're dangerous and they're hoping for a civil war. They wouldn't win, but they could do a shitload more damage than most people understand and they'd have support from many within the law enforcement community.

A true civil war is probably still pretty unlikely, but these groups becoming something like the first Klan, which terrorized the south during reconstruction and murdered hundreds if not thousands of people while local law enforcement looked the other way, is quite possible.

We’re in an ideological civil war now.   We no longer have shared values.

because some shitcunts wanted tax cuts and judges.

Awesome. He basically said he's glad McCain is dead. Im glad he said that. I'll be glad when he's dead. And when I feel a morsel of shame for that I'll just remember that he couldn't restrain himself from feuding with a dead guy who was ten times the man he ever could've been. He's the most classless piece of shit in world history. If Chapo Guzman could get over a million tons of cocaine across the border I can definitely find a way to get one vile of piss within pouring distance of his grave.

That's some good vitriol right there.

Wait, we get to do blow off Trump's grave?  Only thing better would be off Ivanka's ass.  I'll take what I can get.

In addition to his lecherous leering at his own daughter, you can still see the finger marks on her left arm from how hard he grabbed it before he grabbed her hips.

No wonder aggy likes him, he must squeeze extra hard to compensate for being such a short-fingered vulgarian.

Lulz, was just typing the same thing. Don't know how I missed that before.

Man, he's looking at her like he's looking at a 53 YO journalist who's not his type.

Suddenly, a lack of financial disclosures is an issue.

https://www.salon.com/2019/06/26/justice-department-sues-omarosa-manigault-newman-over-financial-disclosures/

Quote

The Justice Department on Tuesday sued Omarosa Manigault Newman, a former contestant on "The Apprentice" who campaigned for President Donald Trump and later worked for him in the White House, alleging she failed to file a required public disclosure report after she left 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Washington, claims Manigault Newman "knowingly and willingly" failed to file the financial disclosure report after corresponding multiple times with attorneys for the White House. It accuses her of violating the Ethics in Government Act (EIGA) by not filing the report, which was required because her salary exceeded $124,406, despite several oral and written reminders from White House ethics lawyers.

Quote

The complaint seeks a civil fine of up to $50,000 from Manigault Newman, who served for 11 months as director of communications in the White House Office of Public Liaison before she was fired in December 2017. She allegedly tried to protest the terms of her firing by marching to the White House residence.

Following what was allegedly a dramatic exit, Manigault Newman bounced back from reportedly being fired and escorted off of White House grounds with a much-hyped return to TV. Manigault Newman appeared on the CBS reality show "Big Brother," where she shared her unfiltered feelings about her brief stint working for Trump.
