They had two more years on the contract and LSU cancelled, using the We-Need-All-NC-Games-at-Home-for-Financial-Reasons excuse. aggy threatened to sue, but LSU fired Hallman and got a lot better pretty quickly, and then offered to restart the series, but aggy said no. Edit: Just found this... This is from GBH, but the answer is provided by an LSU blogger: Thanks for the clarification.

August 17, 2025Aug 17 I think reed is decent and better than what they usually have. I think he is high risk to get hurt if Klein tries to run him a bunch given his slight build. If Klein doesn’t run him much, he’s not much of a threat. Kind of a catch 22.

I always thought it was weird that a Bill Snyder protege and former Heisman candidate running QB went with Weigman. It was amazing that they were surprised when they found success with a running QB but then again they also fuck sheep and practice yelling. I agree with Reed being a risk. One zone read against the mighty aggies of Utah State and Reed snaps his femur like a celery stick after it’s been dipped in ranch dressing.

Sure he got fat once on campus, but in theory he would have been able to run klein’s offense other the fact he sucked.

This had me laughing, not because I disagree, but because it's so aggie. Reed is better than typical aggie QB. He's a threat when running, but shouldn't cause he's tiny and will break easily. However, he can't throw for shit either. To further the aggie reality, I think they will run him a lot BECAUSE he throws like shit. This will likely result in injury sidelining him by... Wait for it... October
