I think you guys come back and knock off # 6 this Saturday.  After that you have a couple easier games to get back on track before Georgia & A&M.  As a Buckeye I am rooting for you to win out.

No, they can’t, and they know it. We match up way better with OU’s athletes than Florida’s athletes. They are fucked if Mateer can’t go.

Texas is going to lose this game and it likely won't be close. Will the eyes of many on this board finally be opened? I don't know.

Stop making predictions or attempting any kind of analysis.  You are terrible at it.

Goosby had his worst game as a Longhorn on Saturday, but we have no other tackle options and he is talented.

Campbell must start, partly because he’s been a solid pass protector overall, but also because we have no other options.

Hutson was awful against Florida and he’s been closer to Stroh in grading than Campbell.

Baker is the most penalized player on the team with 7. He has good feet and has some athleticism. He is also weak and technically raw.

Brooks leads the entire offensive line in pressures allowed for the season, but he earned that distinction in only 44 snaps against Florida.

Stroh is unplayable. He may not be a P4 player, now or ever.

Some incredible one liners in the Scipio write up. I remember the long ago days of fall camp laughing my ass off at CTJ making fun of Tarp write ups.

Venables throwing some cold water on the Mateer situation. Says he hasn’t done any good on good work in practice and won’t play if he doesn’t prior to Saturday. Deferred to medical staff on any details.

I didn’t make a prediction, I made a factual analysis and said OU is fucked *if* a certain scenario happens. That’s not a prediction.

Which is Sooner talk for he's playing.

I think we win 20-10 or something along those lines (which isn’t a hot take.. we are literally fucking favored to win. This site acts like we are 6 touchdown underdogs). The   difference being QB play. Manning is decent, Hawkins is terrible. Texas vs Florida was 2 poorly coached teams playing each other, and the team with superior athletes won. On saturday we will have the athletic advantage though. Our o-line isn’t coming off a month of beating up on shitty teams, they’ve been humbled and know their limitations, and Manning will make enough plays for us to win an ugly game. Hawkins can’t do that for OU.

ou defense is going to feast.  They sacked Jackson Arnold like 14 times and auburns O line is better than hours haha. Records will be set

Jackson Arnold self sacks more than Quinn ever did.   But yes, this is far from a 'get right' game for the OL. I expect it to be ugly.

Arnold is a statue.  Arch is not.  "If" he can flush the pocket a few times, keep the defense honest and accountable, it changes the calculus.

Hopefully Sark is now capable of recognizing the situation on the field and be prepared for a trick play such as a fake punt or illegal play with hidden player (proven cheaters in which the team, HC, AD, and school President apparently support as ,"if it helps us win then it's good to go for us").  Maybe some promising student will come up with a yell recognizing the accomplished OU cheaters to accompany "OU Sucks".

Not sure why Sark can't get his recent teams to start faster.  Last year, Texas offense didn't have a first down till early 2nd qtr.

Good Guys still won though... 🤘

Currently watching above replay -- crowd noise is great due to the on field mics.

This Saturday, Texas defense has to get heavy pressure on blOU QBs..  big reason for Horns 2024 win.  🤘

Quick update on Texas WR Parker Livingstone —

Reports are surfacing that Texas is expected to have Livingstone available this weekend vs. Oklahoma.

That is the plan for now.

Livinngstone, and Texas, dodged a pretty significant injury on Saturday following a hit to the leg after a pretty remarkable reception.

X-rays came back clean, and nothing structural is believed to be affected following the hit. For Livingstone’s availability and how much we will see of him this weekend, that will be dependent upon pain tolerance and swelling.

Having covered Parker since HS, this game has always meant a lot to him.  Now that he is a main piece of the Texas offense, he will do whatever is necessary to be on the field against the Sooners.

Regarding? Livingstone news is great news. More bad news on Wisner. Hopefully, Baxter is back. Either way, Simon needs carries.

Any word on Baxter? His pass pro would be a huge upgrade for the OU game

Not yet. They're waiting on Texas to release that.

Baxter & Wisner both likely out. Any of you guys who played RB in high school have any college eligibility left?
