I think that they thought of jimbo as such a sure thing that any buyout/guarantee was just paper because they’d end up firing him.  At least for the first contract.  Making sense of the extension t probably requires a journey through fish camp.

Jimbo, the sitting national championship coach was a sure thing.
He’s #1 in his profession - drawing $9,000,000/year for sitting….doing nothing.

Not even sure his can afford to sit out during the maroon and white game!

I know what you’re attempting to do here, but you realize it’s now the summer, right? And that the Maroon and White game is a spring game, right?

So we can say for certain Moss was getting an early start on wanting to kick people in the face. He's a hard worker and doesn't just sit on his ass and talk, he makes shit happen even to random bystanders.

As an extra lulz, I just want to point and laugh at all the aggies and crystal ball experts pemciling Lamar Brown to that cesspool only to whiff.

First quarter suspension against UTSA forthcoming.

Not even. Kevin Sumlin suggested it will be “the Louisiana Tech game.” Elko agreed.

Hey man, what the fuck is your problem? He’s General about his dates and timelines and Specific about given events.  Pretty straightforward shit.

Should never miss a chance to stomp on someone on the internet though.

You know we are talking about Aggy right? The same dipshits that wore glow in the dark unis during the day right? These asswipes spent 450M on a renovation, compared to the Texans building a new place for the same $!

Never put anything past an Aggy.

Oh joy, another “hear me out” idiot

To be fair, I'm guessing it wouldn't take much to meet the standard of "best big 3 sports year" for aggy.

Well, the aggies are experts at using tragedies as look at me moments.

And at least Taaffe didn't cause the tragedy in question, unlike A&M with a certain pagan fire ritual everyone with a functioning brain stem knew was a bad idea.

Finally a statement directly from Mr. Moss himself, "Le'Veon Moss was arrested for disorderly conduct after what Le'Veon Moss describes as a heated confrontation where Le'Veon Moss made it clear Le'Veon Moss wasn't about to back down. While the authorities saw fit to detain me, Le'Veon Moss stands by the fact that Le'Veon Moss was defending Le'Veon Moss and Le'Veon Moss's space — not out looking for trouble, but not the type to walk away when challenged either. I admits I got loud, maybe even wild, but says, "sometimes Le'Veon Moss gotta run through mother fuckers' faces just to remind ’em Le'Veon Moss ain’t the one." Le'Veon Moss isn’t apologizing for having a backbone, but Le'Veon Moss understands the legal process and is ready to face whatever comes next head-on, including a first play suspension against either UTSA or Utah State."

Absolute perfection

Their bitterness is toxic. What complete assholes. Yeah I’m sure he doesn’t have any connections to the camp and it isn’t personal for him at all. And impossible that he’s an empathetic person who wanted to honor them. JFC.

Truth is they’re the ones who have before and probably wanted to this time as well, to make it a look at what great people we are moment about themselves. Because they’re good and we’re bad and anything that challenges that concept in their simpleton minds must be challenged.

@Hank Kingsley posted on the camp flood thread that taffee has two cousins that were counselors at La junta. No clue how to verify that, but there’s your connection, aggy.

The Taaffe family tree and their circle of friends have a lot of history with these summer camps. I can only imagine how many people they know who were deeply affected by this tragedy.

If an aggy did what Taaffe did I’d be happy about it.  Even if a cocksucking sooner did it I’d be happy about it.  It’s a good deed.

Same. Like, how fucking petty and insincere does one have to be to call out someone who wants to honor those who lost their lives trying to protect kids, and the kids themselves?

Fucking morons.
