Cliffhanger.... explain why

Because it’s a conservative religious school I’m sure as to the first.
as to the second bc they could humiliate and shame aggy losing in their own regional as the #1 overall seed.

Aggy softball high mark being destroying us in the SEC tournament semifinals and then losing a home regional as the #1 overall (for the first time in history) would be so delicious, I’d join LL in the afterlife and come back as the Ghost of JS1

Bookending that with their baseball team starting off preseason #1 and then missing the postseason altogether would just be absolutely incredible.

I don’t really want to lose another user name, so let’s just say that in my opinion certain current events can trace their origin directly though Liberty University.  Like I said in another thread, I’m petty and vindictive and I hold grudges for a long, long time.

This guy's little heart just isn't into this:

Texas A&M baseball's postseason hopes are all but completely shot at this point. The Aggies have wasted a mid-season surge that saw them defeat some of the top teams in the nation, both at home and on the road, dropping themselves right out of the projected field over the last two weekends.

However, there is still one more shot for the Aggies to get into the tournament: auto-qualifiers. If Texas A&M baseball can win the SEC tournament— a tougher task, in truth, than winning the College World Series in some ways— then they'll automatically make the field for the postseason.

With the conclusion of today's baseball action around the conference, the official schedule has been set for the conference. Though this is still a remote hope for the Aggies, especially after an apparent injury to Caden Sorrell, this is a team that can beat anyone on the right day— so all they need to do is string together some wins. Here's how the path looks for the Aggies.

Texas A&M's first game of the SEC Tournament will be Tuesday, facing off against Mississippi State in a late-night clash. Their game against the Bulldogs will begin at the conclusion of the game between Florida and South Carolina.

If they conquer Mississippi State, who they have not yet played this season, they will face Auburn, who they have also not played. A win there puts them up against LSU, from whom they took two out of three last weekend, and in all likelihood a win there has them facing Arkansas.

The good news is that the Aggies beat both the Hogs and the Tigers earlier this year; the bad news is that Hoover is a different animal, and four games in five days would put anyone out. That's to say nothing of the five games in six days that the Ags would have to play if they made the championship round.

This is a tough row to hoe, no doubt. The Aggies will need some major fortune on their side if they are to win the tourney. With their backs against the wall, how will this team respond? We'll just have to wait and see.

I can only assume he is drawing upon his own observations of A&M's vast experience at winning the College World Series.

I can’t remember what I had for breakfast yesterday.

It's less about remembering and more about knowing your surrounding fellow assholes community. Who would do such a thing? 😁

Unfortunately women's college softball is a very choke-prone sport. Liberty needed to pile on after 6-0. They're fucked now, next game will probably be a blowout too.
