Sark probably sees him in the Keilan Robinson role.

If he is good w that role sign him up. He can move

Not strictly transfer related, but significant roster news

  • This kind of shit from our fanbase wears me out. Sark took over a lost program and since we've been to 2 semis and should have been in the playoffs this year but for a committee that doesn't understan

Very soon, I predict, we will have straight-up trades and after that happens they will allow mid-season transfers/trades.

I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not.

Interesting this has a lot of likes. I remember him having quite a few drops, and thought that if it weren’t for him being white, he’d get more shit for them

Late to follow up here but I wanted to fix your post for you.

I have no idea which RBs we'll end up signing, but if we're taking two, they can and perhaps should be very different.

Damn he looks good but 5’9” looks like a stretch. Looks Darren Sproles size

Contact balance is good. Worrying about height of a RB is stupid unless they are the size of the Kansas st Rb and he was good in college.

I shouldn't be shocked by this but it still consistently baffles me how so many people can watch the tape of two players and not immediately see the talent difference between a JAG and someone with true talent.

Awesome. Texas is going to push the pile into the middle for Cam Wingdeuce. Chris Jackson apparently has a pathological need to have serial pass droppers with fumblitis littering his WR room.

I still don’t understand how he got a 2 year extension. Must be in Sarks circle of trust

Cam Coleman in a contract year is the kind of gamble I can get behind.

Given reasonable time to throw, Arch is plenty accurate enough to hit tight windows. So I'm much less concerned with receiver separation than guys' ability to consistently catch and hold onto the ball. No need for another Malcolm Williams or John Burt.

I love that the guy has leg, but isn’t 11/15 inside the 50 kind of meh?

Also, Brown is obviously fast but as CTJ said, skipping around his highlights (so I might have missed something) most of his wow plays were against eastern Kentucky and JMU types

The North Texas kid looks like a spare.

Thoughts on People’s as a back up plan if RB portal recruiting goes awry?

Yeah. Not great. But up for the groza so who knows? If you are going to miss 4 or 5 in the year I’d just as soon you be more or less perfect like we were from inside 50 and dicey beyond that

After watching the Indiana OL and DL do what they’ve done the last few weeks, I’m hoping that the portal plans aren’t overly focused on the skill positions to the detriment of the lines.

Great no win here. It Texas gets him “aggy didn’t want him” and if we don’t it’s “aggy shoved sark in a locker” again.

Would rather not hear them mentioned in on the same guys. BTW why go there to play with Reed when you can play with arch?

On deeper routes yes. On short to mid he’s still got work to do. I can’t wait to see him improve on the short passes. That’s the one hole in his game.

I'm genuinely shocked no one has come in here to ask if Terry is entering the portal since he didn't play vs Michigan.

Bobby on Cam Coleman:

I like Texas’ chances here.

The competitive and high-dollar recruitment of Coleman should tell Texas fans all they need to know about how Steve Sarkisian and GM Brandon Harris are approaching this portal period.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times in the last two months.

Texas is all-in in 2026.

Think it was part of the report yesterday that he’s leaning Texas. Because of Arch. His interest is Aggy is probably just $$$$

He didn’t dress out due to injury.

Coleman isn’t going to play with Marcel Reed as his qb along with some fucking no name as his OC in his contract year. If the money is anywhere close I would think he would come here.

The fuck you talking about. Beating A&M for a future first round WR would be a win.

I understand highlight reels don’t paint a complete picture of a player, but his 2025 highlights contain about 6 catches that would easily be our team’s play of the season.

I know that.

There are a lot of dumb motherfuckers around here though who do not.

Yeah. He already went through the Jackson Arnold Experience and doesn't want to again.

If he chooses to go play in an offense with Reed and a play caller who has never called plays before (Wiggins) he deserves, he deserves what he gets.

Who was the last team who competed for a NC with a first time play caller? Elko hiring his friends and guys on staff as analysts is straight out of the Tom Herman playbook, and we know how poorly that ends.

Also: beating them in back-to-back years and ruining their chance at an undefeated season nullifies the need to even bicker about recruiting battle wins & losses.

When are we going to hear about O-line men? The line still struggled to get a push when needed in the run game against Michigan and Arch took some big hits.

Get us someone from the portal. Anyone. And get us someone while we're waiting.

no shit. But Ks and RBs and WRs make the 9.95 world go round I guess

I’m guessing the scouting process takes longer for stuff like OL. You don’t really need to do a lot of in depth analysis to know you want Cam Coleman on your team.

You put a lot of thought into writing something this dickless. Strong work.

Everyone was doing a great job of avoiding the conjuring of negative Texas personnel scenarios. Then you showed up to doom us all.

Isaac Brown, RB Louisville and Gianni Spetic, K Memphis look to be in. The other 2-3 guys hopefully include an IOL

That’s half the 4-5 Gerry mentioned then. Coleman, arkansas DL, maybe some LBs on campus this weekend?

LSU with Joe Brady?

Auburn LB.

Are we still going after Baugh? I haven’t seen it announced if he’s staying at Florida after all.

Probably because he was reported as hurt with a shoulder injury

He hasn’t let Florida know anything as of this morning.
