I bet you are a lot of fun at parties

His son Laramie is fucking awesome. Drove his motorcycle with a hooker on the back into Littlefield Fountain and continued to have sex with her as a female policewoman was trying to put on handcuffs. Cop fucked up and all three of them had to go to the station handcuffed together because no one had a key.

Well done.

Well shit, does this mean we can't storm RGBIII's house anymore?

Now just gotta land the plane on some OLs to block for all these studs!

So Coleman and Wingo on the outside and Mosley in the slot?

It is pretty obvious those are the top 3 WRs, so I guess we can now bitch who plays X, Y and Z in the formation? Trying to find something for you assholes to complain about...

Literally "BOOM" at the top of my lungs. My wife (who has put up with this nonsense for 35 years, didn't bother asking what it was about. Lol

Great weekend with arguably the #1 offensive and #1 defensive players committed. There's still time for a Hollywood flip and an OL commit.

Coleman must've took Texas basketball winning in Tuscaloosa last night as a sign from God, because I've watched every Texas basketball game and that was definitely a miracle.

Maybe the threat of human feces on his porch and under his car door handles has spurred some action and the threat should remain?

Good they didn’t get him

IMG_0843.png

Arch Isn’t good throwing deep anyways.

IMG_0844.png

Aggie pulled out of course. Tired of chasing him.

Also this gem: “we already played cam Coleman once and he only a had 4 catch’s and like 16 yards” as if playing with Jackson Arnold is comparable

Talent wise on the TBD (still filling in pieces in the trenches) what is the comp for this roster with previous Texas squads? With these new additions (I know we aren’t done yet) what former Texas squad is a comp for 2026 roster?

Can Vasek or Zina contribute next year or do we absolutely need a portal DE to replace Burke?

Zina always flashed & looked good when he played + he's gonna be a 3rd year player. If Vasek is healthy, I don't see why he wouldn't play. Both Vasek & Zina fit the prototype of Texas EDGE prospects coming outta H.S. that are almost guaranteed to get drafted. Keeping Zina & Vasek is cheaper than trying to get a similar talented big EDGE in the portal.

Way too early to say. They’re not done as you said. If they add another OL, hopefully 2, and a quality RB they could be good again if the last half of the year Arch shows up and he defense is as good or better

I think Zion took the last DT spot.

We were looking at EDGE Wendell Gregory - I think that's over. He'd be a backup for us and can get more snaps elsewhere, but would be a great replacement to have next year when Simmons and Spence both leave.

A LB maybe. We are looking good on talent, just light on numbers.

The thought behind another safety is the idea that Muschamp wants a safety at nickel and Littleton moving outside. We might have what we need on the team right now, though. He doesn't seem to be prioritizing the position.

RB feels like we want an impact guy or nothing now. I can't jump into the staff's mind on how they feel about Clark/Simon/Cooper, but we are looking at starting-level workhorses. Raleek can play the slot/motion APB and be a rotation guy, but he's not thought of as the guy getting 20 carries in the second half to close a game. (And he probably doesn't want to get broken in his contract year.)

We need a starting WR and multiple depth/developmental. We just lost a lot this year.

Two more OL is ideal?

An additional Pass rusher, another body who can rotate at DT, a bigger LB and a safety with coverage skills would all be nice gets to improve the defense.

Of those positions, I think only a LB is neccessary

Were they? Conception was one of the top players in the portal and a good majority of people thought Craver was a good addition. These OL additions are nowhere in the same ballpark as those WR additions. Weird comparison.

my view on A&M’s WR haul last year was based on the Surly recruiting folks who thought they weren’t as good as the ranking. In panning this year’s OL haul for A&M I’m wondering if that’s the case again.

"Making fun of" is dbeasy putting an unexamined spin on the Aggie WR class versus the entirety of the Aggie 2025 transfer class, which was far more roundly mocked by us and the results of the season bear that out for anyone actually reviewing. But, yeah we were down on Concepcion as part of that. I was vocal about it, He'd had a poor season in 2024 at NCSU after being a freshman sensation in 2023. There were no known injuries. He just got worse. He averaged less than 10 ypc. So, it was weird seeing the aggies crow about it. No one had a strong opinion about Craver except that he was mostly a really fast guy with a lot to prove.

Elko has been hit or miss in the portal, just like in recruiting. There is no evidence to point to him being some sort of elite evaluator.

Last year, ATM landed:

Concepcion - great pickup

Craver - great pickup

Amari Niblack - obvious waste of money even before they signed him

Micah Hudson - known headcase and burgeoning bust

Jonah Wilson - big bag of nothing

Tyler Onyedim - highly regarded DT who did nothing against any team with a pulse

Jordan Shaw - a spare DB they had to play

TJ Searcy - show team hero who can play like a beast against shitty teams and then disappears against better opponents, all shit he did at UF as well

Georgia DT named M'Pemba - did nothing at UGA and is doing nothing at ATM

Jacob Zeno - lol

Nate Boerkircher - solid TE pickup

Auburn hyphen named TE - did nothing

Dayon Hayes - non-entity

Julian Humphrey - character issue bust at UGA, became a disappointment at ATM after they hyped him in the offseason.

One cycle, 14 transfers in, 3 solid pickups, a couple of other guys that played, albeit either poorly, sparingly, or both, and a lot of bread. 3/14 is barely batting above the Mendoza line.

I don't even think it is fair to lump sarvanaash in with a lot of these other dipshits who are persistently whining and negative. sarv at least appears to know football, have a sense of humor, and can intelligently defend his thinking. Some of these other guys are either idiots or just whiny drive-by shooters.

Agree. It was mocked heavily, a few panned out, and A&M managed to ride that roster to a bunch of wins over the lower half the conference. So in my mind he’s not shown definitively to be a good or bad portal selector yet. That’s why I just said possibly.

I guess the key point I was trying to make is that I heard the board pan their portal class greatly, as well as their OL in general, and some of them delivered better than expected.

I have a tendency to over-rate A&M every single year. Hell a few years ago I picked them for the playoff and I think they finished 7-5. I do that because I just can’t conceive such extreme levels of incompetence year after year. But now it’s tradition and I fear if I finally acknowledge their futility, they will finally turn it around.

So surly can thank me for my misplaced belief in their program.

Right in queue

How much credit does the basketball team get for pulling off the road win with Cam in attendance?!?!?

Vasek has the early track on next year's Gaskamp Award imo

Tech who scored 0 points in the CFP and brings in overrated Soresby

Aggy who scored 3 points in the CFP and brings back overrated Reed

Bama with a new QB

Or Texas and Arch mfn Manning

Such an easy call

There's really no excuses for the offense next year.

If the interior of the line can’t block anyone, that can throw a lot of sand in the gas tank of this Lambo

Gerry is glazing Brandon Harris now

Slow start obviously but has come on strong the last few days. The LB yesterday and cam today are good ones.

They messed up by going after guys not even in the portal and at places that were going to fight hard to keep them.

Still has work to do. But if they finish with and OL or two, another RB and edge and maybe then another WR would be a great finish

Stupid sip Arch isn’t even good, all hype…Reed had better numbers and was a real Heisman candidate!
