I think they mean everyone.  Like all the way down to you and me. They’ve been working from other politicians down to government workers, non-citizens who have a right to be here, to professors, they are coming for all of us.

Fuck them.

Kirk having a normal looking face in heaven is like that scene in Mask when Eric Stoltz sees his reflection in the funhouse mirror.

Nick Fuentes is saying on Twitter that he and his followers are being framed for all of this with zero evidence. So it's bad when people make assumptions about you and blame you for something based on who you are? There's also tons of videos of him talking shit about Charlie Kirk to his followers.

who cares about evidence?

he's off-script

Not sure when is the right time to talk about this, but Trump is so much of a narcissist that instead of taking any amount of time to mourn his supposed friend the only thing on his mind was milking the opportunity to seize power. Find me the most inappropriate, edgelordiest memes and the most profane, grave-dancingest tiktok videos outwardly celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk and mocking his loved ones that are left to mourn him, and I still say those grotesque displays pale in comparison to the callous, cynical, absolute evil behavior of the Trump administration and his surrogates. His body wasn't even cold, yet Trump made clear to the world that Kirk was nothing more than a stepping stone on his path to consolidating power.

Or the journalist could just do their actual job before taking things as fact.

Here's the latest recasting of the "friend" commentary:

Quote

We have additional reporting from Tyler Robinson’s high school associate who played video games with the suspected gunman.

The friend, who asked to remain anonymous, said Robinson had expressed sentiments to him that were critical of Donald Trump when they were hanging out several years ago despite the rest of his family being broadly conservative in their views.

The friend acknowledged he could not be certain about Robinson’s more recent political views, as they lost touch after graduating Pine View high school. Voting records show Robinson was unaffiliated with a political party ahead of the 2024 election. His parents are registered Republicans.

Now the Guardian reporter, Anna Betts, is calling him an "associate who played video games with the suspected gunman."  And apparently, Tyler "expressed sentiments to him that were critical of Donald Trump," which I guess led to the "associate's" statements that he was "pretty left on everything" and was "the only member of the family that was, like, really leftist."  In Dixie Utah, I could see anyone critical of Trump being viewed as leftist, even if the concern came from the "farther right" (e.g., was he bitching about Trump's support of Israel or something like that?).

What a fucking failure of reporting, and what utter bullshit from this "associate."  The Guardian, for its part, is doing a truly shitty job of owning this.  They should have been prominently and clearly retracting the "really leftist" bullshit that they unleashed, but it's all embedded "oops, that might not have been 100% accurate" shit in the story.

And now the Kirk supporters are pushing a narrative that the shooter’s roommate was transitioning from male to female. These people are not ok.

Not just roommate - "partner / boyfriend."  The right wing echo chamber is about to work their asses off to amplify this into a thing.

True Christianity was hijacked years ago and contorted into a white nationalist religion.

Kind of a tangent, but as a “trying to be” Christian, I think we have to claim them. Unfortunately for the world, there’s no platonic ideal Christianity floating around. Only what Christians say and do. And while I reject this version as warped and malevolent, I have to admit they fit squarely within the current of historical and theological Christianity.

Throwback to my CVE days but research told people to stop saying that Islamic terror groups were not “true Muslims” or that they were “not Islamic.” It was a nice and well-meaning diplomatic phrasing to show that we had not declared war on the entire faith, but the fact is that Al-Qaeda and ISIS are really, really Muslim. And potential recruits were turned off when they found out those guys were super Muslim and could cite Hadith and Quran better than the folks telling them “those guys aren’t Muslim.”  They listened a lot more to other Muslims, even conservative ones, who could explain a better way to be Muslim instead of just denying that radicalism was Islamic at all.

The decline of mainstream Christianity in our country in favor of supercharged Christo-ethnonationalism has a lot of reasons and in a lot of ways has been a spiritual-social disaster for lots of people. It’s time for us “real” Christians to roll up the sleeves and show a better positive vision of how to be one, instead of hunkering down and saying “that ain’t us.”

The simple answer is he never cared for Kirk. Their relationship was transactional, at least as far as Trump was concerned.

So basically the same as every relationship Trump has ever had with anyone in his entire life, including his wives and children.

NY Post but here we go: https://nypost.com/2025/09/13/us-news/charlie-kirk-shooter-tyler-robinson-lived-with-transgender-partner/

Quote

WASHINGTON — Charlie Kirk’s alleged shooter Tyler Robinson was living with a transgender partner who was in the process of transitioning from a male to a female, a law enforcement source confirmed to The Post Saturday.

That individual, who has yet to be identified by the authorities, is now fully cooperating with the FBI on its investigation into the fatal shooting of the conservative activist, the source added. The relationship was first reported by Fox News’ Brooke Singman.

Text messages and other communications that the transgender individual traded with Robinson, 22, helped the feds nab the accused assassin.

Federal and state authorities revealed during a Friday press conference that a “roommate” cooperating with their investigation revealed communications from a contact named “Tyler” that described bullet casings similar to those found at the scene and discussed the “need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point.“

Kirk, 31, was struck in the neck by a single bullet shortly after being posed a question on his “American Comeback” college speaking tour about transgender mass shooters.

“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” asked attendee Hunter Kozak.

“Too many,” Kirk responded.

“Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” Kozak followed up.

“Counting or not counting gang violence?” the Turning Point USA founder sought to clarify.

Kirk was shot immediately after and transported to a hospital where he underwent surgery. He was pronounced dead within a few hours.

The FBI did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Fox News and NY Post are basically the same person.  I'm betting they spoke to the same source - probably Kash, Bongino or one of their lackeys. This is how the shit goes in the right wing echo chamber - watch the algorithm take it to the top of everyone's feed in about an hour.

Is it the same source that thought the bullets had transgender writing on them since they said TRN and had arrows?

It's was always gonna have something to do with being transgender.  Despite everything to the contrary, the right wing chorus line was always going to say it was about being transgender.

I agree with your characterization. I refuse to label that contorted religion Christian.

Further, as the Republican Party slides into autocratic subservience, at some point it is no longer participating in a republic government. They will no longer be republicans. They can call themselves that, but the label will not fit the meaning of the word.

Sure, it’s the dismal tide. Doesn’t mean I have to agree that words have no meaning.

Of course, they've cherry-picked any pics that make the kid look furry / trans-adjacent (weird hoodie? a pastel shirt?  good enough!).  Kid is in for a rough time.

Not saying I agree. But I am saying he didn’t deserve to die the way he died. I mean the irony of his death gets some peoples dicks hard… that’s cool. That was a prominent figure that was shot for doing nothing but exercising his rights given to him by this country. End of story.

So it's transgender violence because the actual murderer may have lived with someone transgendered?

This is really bad news for all those women (moms and girlfriends) who have committed other atrocities because they lived with the actual perpetrator.

Did he live with his parents or did he live with a supposed trans woman? Facts no longer matter to the right wing.

I think reporters are confusing him being at his parent's house where he confessed to his dad with him living at home. That's where his car was that was taken away by the cops. Now, we're seeing reporting that he lived in a 3 bedroom apartment with a roommate who may or may not be transgender.
