Also a much more rural or at least wooded state than people give it credit for.

The "Garden State" is really true.  Most of it is rural as hell.

Not necessarily. NJ has been trending purple for a while. I think Citronella only lost by 3% in 2021

I'm honestly surprised by this. Love it if so, if for no other reason than I had to pass eleventy billion Miyares signs on my way to work today.

And those stupid don’t California my Virginia signs. Like no one is gonna do that.

Pretty sure NJ is just EWR, Atlantic City, Princeton, and South Philadelphia.

The Hudson/Bergen "gold coast" has a LOT of people in it:

Schumer, 2028. I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't run.

He's a dead man walking, and is behaving like a completely broken man.

The Fox News effect: Republicans in Kentucky are trying to vote against Mamdani

I’m not a big “my tax dollars” dude but I’m tired of twin tower avatar people in the town Facebook complaining about not being able to vote for mayor just because they don’t live in the town limits.

They should trace those calls and unregister the voters who made them.

I'm completely serious.

On the Majority Report live feed, they said we should get an idea by 9:30 eastern. They're in New York and are paying close attention to the race.

The biggest surprise of the night for me will be if our local ballot referendum passes. There's stupid money trying to rig the city council to disenfranchise minority representation. So far it's actually looking like it's gonna pass, but it's very close.

Any news on Austin prop q?

The county clerk here counts votes so slowly, we’ll probably know about California Prop 50 before we know about Austin Prop Q.

I know guys at work acting as if our business is going to collapse if Mandami is elected.

I figured it out: our sales are off like 30% over last year because of Trump.  But in their heads it's the Spectre of Mandami that's the problem.  HE'S the reason.

Fuck it, they never criticise the cult leader.
