The higher that roller coaster in June, the more Aggy tears for us to share in November. Hear that? It’s the sound of inevitability! Aggy gonna Aggy. Well, you're gonna like this one then: Quote Texas A&M has just landed a commitment from Prosper offensive guard Zaden Krempin, making him the third commitment in the class along the offensive line after Avery Morcho and Samuel Roseborough. Long thought to be a Texas lean, Krempin made the decision for the Aggies today after visits to both Austin and College Station apparently cleared up where his future lies. This is the third straight head-to-head win by the Aggies over the Longhorns: Samuel Roseborough, who is himself an offensive lineman, KJ Edwards, and now Krempin. This is a simply massive addition in more ways than one, and it moves the Aggies even further up in the national rankings. Krempin is the kind of guy who adds to an elite offensive line class, which is exactly what the Aggies are building in this cycle. Being a highly-regarded recruit for as long as he has, this is a major win for the Ags as they continue to ascend in the national spotlight. Texas A&M knocks off Texas for OG Zaden Krempin, winning three straight recruiting battles against Longhorns This 2026 cycle is the one that the Aggies have been building towards for some time, ever since Elko stepped on campus. In that regard, he is showing how easily he's been able to outfox Sarkisian in Austin, which is especially impressive given the disparate results on the field this previous year. If he's able to continue building on these results, it's going to spell trouble on the trail for Texas. Elko's program continues to bear the fruit you'd expect given the care and organizational skill he put into its construction. Krempin is the latest example of that, but he certainly won't be the last. This win over Texas on the trail will only continue to build momentum for the Aggies moving forward, and I can't wait to see how this class ends up. This is all contingent, of course, on a continued ability to deliver on the field. The Aggies need to show some steps have been taken this fall against an even tougher schedule— otherwise, things could go south on the trail, as I guarantee other programs are watching like vultures at the moment.

June 27, 2025Jun 27 Whorns talk about the 2024 game, but they never mention the truth. Truth: tu finished the game in next to last place, while the Fightin' Texum aggys wound up in Second Place! Hard Truth: aggy D 7, tu D ZERO! Whorns got shut the f*ck OUT. Advantage aggy, Whoop!

A year out commitment for a player isn’t concrete, until they see the commit’s proposed place on the field this Fall. Hell, we might even lose one or two, as $$$ goes a long way. To hang your hat on June rankings is just paper fodder for click bait. Hook’em!!!

June 28, 2025Jun 28 This guy has his panties in a bunch again about something someone wrote on the Internet: Quote https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/every-sec-teams-best-worst-case-scenario-in-2025-four-loss-alabama-undefeated-season-for-georgia/ When you're in peak offseason mode, the discussion of things like win ceilings and win floors is commonplace. It is not uncommon to see projections done in that form as we get ever closer to the actual start of the college football season. These can be hit or miss, obviously, and fodder for hilarity in hindsight. We know far less about each individual team at this point than we do once the games are played, so there's a lot of conjecture playing into the equation if you're not talking about statistical models. That said, I think there are some things that we can say pretty certainly are beyond the pale.CBS's best-case and worst-case scenarios for the Aggies is surely something that will be controversial for the way they discuss A&M's floor for the upcoming season. CBS shockingly assigns 5-7 floor to Texas A&M for 2025 football season CBS has outlined their best and worst case scenarioes for every SEC team in the upcoming year, and they said that the Aggies could end up at the dreaded 5-7 mark. When given the space to outline their rationale, here's all they offered: "There's some regression coming, right?... Texas A&M will not be favored on the road against Notre Dame, LSU or Texas -- and the home showdown with Florida on Oct. 11 could get tricky if quarterback DJ Lagway is the breakout performer most are expecting." So, for those of you counting, that is four losses— not seven. Presumably, the other three are South Carolina, Missouri, and... who? Arkansas? Mississippi State? This has me wondering what the criteria for "worst case" actually is. Worst realistic case? Because it stretches credulity that the Aggies could realistically pile up seven losses absent a lot of injury. And if we're counting injury as part of this possibility space, then for all we know right now, every single starter could get injured on the first snap of the game against UTSA and the Aggies could go 0-12! Meanwhile, the "worst case" scenario for the Longhorns is 8-4 in this article. As a matter of fact, I would say that 8-4, given everything that the Longhorns are replacing, is actually not that unrealistic of an outcome, seeing how their schedule plays out. Worst case— if, as they say in the article, that could include injury to their starting QB— would be more like 6-6. At least, if the Aggies' floor is 5-7, that shoudl be the case. I think it's germane to mention that the "worst-case" projection for the Aggies in 2022 was 8-4. And, due to injury, they plummeted far below that mark. Something to keep in mind as we consider this projection.

Texas only claims 4 titles, but there are some organizatios out there (computer models) that list Texas as champs for other years. We don't CLAIM those titles.
