Gomer Pyle Is calling the UGA-MSU game.  So that probably eliminates him from our game with UGA next week.    Right?

And his crew is already fucking over state. Weak ass chop block call

11 (the defender over Campbell) was unquestionably in the neutral zone.

I won’t be watching again, dr’s orders. Was he in the neutral zone but stationary?  Because that isn’t a penalty until the ball is snapped and if he’s not coming across then the OL can’t move to engage him and get the offsides call.

if that’s the case then it sounds like we may have fucked up the “play?”

He jumped into the neutral zone and was immediately touched by Campbell. Assuming his upper helmet/torso were actually in the neutral zone as it appeared, it should have been a flag on Vandy. Really though, Baker needed to do the same thing to the edge that was clearly and obviously in the neutral zone and we have a much better chance of getting that call.

No, he lunged into the NZ.

Extremely obvious offensive PI on UGA WR leading directly to UGA’s 1st TD @ MSU. The push off with both arms to full extension created the separation and made the DB stumble. No flag. What are they looking for?

The uniform logo on the player pushing off.

I just watched the 4th down and 6 “false start” on the skycam video that’s on YouTube…

2 defenders CLEARLY come across the line before the OL player jumps.

blatant horseshit call,

Literally the exact same play just happened to UGA vs MSU (MSU defender jumped offsides, UGA OL reacts)…

3 guesses as to who got penalized?

That unnecessary roughness on Mizzou was BS. Reed pretended he kept the ball and the defender tackled him because he thought he still had it. Complete bullshit call that we would never get.

Ref crew got the texts  to push aggy.  So far two obvious holds on Mizzou WR’s that even Jesse Palmer had to acknowledge them.

The fix is in for aggy today.   SEC has to make sure to get at least one top four spots in the brackets.

sec winner will get a bye, even with 2 losses

this fuckery is just like vandy - called straight up aggy gets exposed here - badly

3 guesses with 2 teams playing? You have the appropriate level of respect for this board.

Does anyone have the rule regarding what the D can't(or can) do which would cause the simulating the snap infraction?  I realize if they move in the neutral zone and the OL moves it is a penalty(unless you are Texas of course) but what about what they can say, do other than that?

Simmons was called for it against Vandy for clapping

Did he consider snapping his fingers?  Or pulling out the ol' air horn from his pocket to signal to his teammates?  Maybe the ol' r@pe whistle is allowed?

Whats interesting is they say you can't make quick and abrupt actions that simulate action at the snap...

4. Any player within one yard of the line of scrimmage (stationary or not) may not make quick and abrupt or exaggerated actions that simulate action at the snap and are not part of normal defensive player movement in an obvious attempt to make the offense foul (false start).

But that's exactly how Georgia's infamous defensive stimming works is they all kind of lurch forward as they shift over to make it look like they are coming. Just another borderline rule breaking game they play that they ALWAYS get the benifit of doubt.

yep.  It is basically a penalty on georgia every time they do it.  I don't know why we don't do it.

they should have a rule that players between the tackles within a yard of the LOS can't stim once in their stance or maybe  that 2 players between the tackles within a yard can't stim at the same time.

Because we’re Texas, and the refs will flag us every time.
