Trump just admitted his entire summit with Putin was a failure.

But how much did it cost taxpayers?

Air Force One to Alaska: $3.2M round trip.

Cargo planes, backup jets, and press planes: $6–8M

Secret Service & Motorcade Security: $2–4M.

U.S. Military Base Hosting & Logistics: $1–3M.

Total U.S. Taxpayer Cost Estimate
~$9–15 million for a single day.

All for a distraction from the Epstein files.

it was much more than this, flying B-2's is not cheap

Countries with widespread or universal mail-in voting
  • Switzerland: Known for its extensive use of all-postal voting.
  • Australia: Utilized all-postal voting in a 2016 referendum and widely promotes mail-in voting for regional elections.
  • Austria: Allows all registered voters to apply for a polling card and vote by mail without needing a specific reason.
  • Canada: Non-resident citizens can apply to be on an International Register of Electors to vote by mail, although practical challenges with postal times remain.
  • Germany: Postal voting is common, with 47% of the electorate voting by post in the 2021 general election. Originally for those absent or unable to vote in person, the requirement to provide a reason was dropped in 2008.
  • United States: Several states implement all vote-by-mail, automatically sending ballots to all registered voters. As of 2022, these states include California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Vermont (for general elections only).

1.  Mad Magazine

2.  Twitter

That should about cover it.

Mad Magazine was brilliant satire and very clearly anti-Trump for several decades.

There are dozens - if not a hundred or more - similar covers, vignettes, graphics, etc.

What an embarrassment from beginning to the end-the ridiculous orange make-up, the red carpet treatment, riding in the beast. Putin ate Trump’s lunch and then took a shit on the dinner table. It’s another reminder that Trump and his cohorts are nothing more than typical bullies-talk a lot of shit but complete cowards when actually confronted. Again, none of this is any surprise to all of us who have watched the past ten years, but shit, it’s still sobering and disgusting.

Which hospital? It ain’t a HIPAA violation to tell us. And he won’t know anyway.

Texags thinks this meeting was most likely a success. Trump won’t reveal his cards (lol) so everyone just needs to give him time. Art of the deal means keeping the successful negotiation a secret for a bit longer. If Trump were president instead of Biden, the invasion would’ve likely never happened and this meeting would not be necessary.

My personal favorite:

Like any venture into that cesspool of a website, it’s a sad reminder that we share this state and this country with ignorant and gullible people who will shift their own beliefs and forfeit any inkling of critical thinking for the sake of staying forever loyal to their team politics. They are unfortunately not outliers, which explains why America is where it is today.

Has Newsom finally figured out how to attack tfg? Maybe if the other Dem nerds show more pie charts and graphs, they’ll figure out how to be tfg’s foil

You fight fascists by making fun of them. Newsom and his team finally came to the conclusion that others have throughout history that making fun of them and belittling them constantly is what really riles them up and causes the implosion sooner rather than later. The key though is Americans joining in and doing the same thing. It has to happen across the political spectrum as well and on social media. This is a good start though, but it's only the opening drive.

The one thing on the assassination attempt that I can’t understand is dotard not milking it for longer.

He still brings up Biden, Obama, and all kinds of old shit weekly but someone tried to shoot him and with his thin skin, fragile ego, and desire to be macho he never talks about it.

He has this figurine on his Oval Office desk.

Overcrowding in mosquito filled cages under 24 hour lighting are just two of the inhuman, cruel, and degrading conditions detainees at AA face. The Constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment. Laugh it off somewhere else. Your coprophagic breath stinks. The vast majority of detainees have no criminal history, unlike the pedo in chief.

As always, the cruelty is the point. And as always, if you support Trump then you support this and are unquestionably a shitty person.

So troll the government? Isn't that our bailiwick? It's a craft we've all honed here for, in my case, 15 years. We have the power.

We absolutely do. These clowns will do everything in their power to convince you otherwise, but we have the ability to mock, belittle and generally make fun of them constantly. No strongman (or woman for that matter) likes being mocked. What Newsom did was a well-planned salvo at an idiot that will absolutely take the bait. You treat fascists like the overgrown spoiled brat children that they are and not as dignified people.

When i was around 6-7yrs I had a family dog who was chill but kinda territorial.  He would walk around our back yard and pee in the four corners every day to mark his territory. One day I decided to follow him on his rounds and everytime he would pee, i would pee a little bit over his to cover it up.  First few times he gave me a look.  By the 3rd time he started growling at me which may be the only time he got aggressive with me his whole life.

I had blown completely Newsom off, but I like his  recent moves.   Trump has the brain of a lizard and mocking him will set him off if this gets more attention.  This mocking campaign, along with his Cali redistricting plan, and standing firm with UCLA (while shaming the weak Ivys); makes him the first dem that has sparked anything to rally around.

And Dems of all sides are liking it, even if they preface it by saying “I’m not a fan of Newsom but this is refreshing and the fight we’ve been wanting to see from Dems.”

Jeffries has been the biggest disappointment. I just don’t know who bought him off.
