We will pick a clever name later, but let's get this kicked into high gear.

Diego Pavia a juco QB who put in his time at New Mexico State (Aggies) and transferred to Vandy with his coaching staff that left to join the vandy staff.

He's been an absolute menace to anyone who can't effectively spy a QB and has been doing his best Johnny Manziel impression for the last few season.

Dude sued and won to get another year of eligibility and is talking all the shit about being the Heisman frontrunner with no stats to back it up and only a win over Alabama to really show for skins on the wall.

Last season he went a whopping 16/29 with 2TDs and 2 INT with another 67 on the ground in 16 attempts against Texas in front of a crowd of just shy of 29,000.

This thread is for people to find obscure facts, things he's said, or just generally talk shit about him or post funny memes before his season gets torpedoed by the Longhorns in front of over 100k fans the day after Halloween.

a football player with the number 2 on his jersey is being interviewed by a reporter

How dumb do you have to be to say this in a postgame interview? But, maybe his uncensored self-expression can be seen as "refreshingly honest". He's got a Johnny 8-ball quality, as many have noted.

His momma is boning Theo Von

Goddammit, I could've lived a full life not knowing who in the hell Theo Von is...

He looks like a caricature of the typical SEC fan, mullet and all. Nice rug, though. Almost looks natural.

I’ve had conflicted feelings on him. We aren’t represented much in football and I’ll almost always root for us to succeed on the football field (we’re plenty represented in other sports like baseball, if you aren’t on a team I like you can get fucked). It felt dirty cheering on Joaquin Iglesias and Zack Sanchez at OU but I would do it. Pavia is basically an exception. He isn’t really all that talented at anything but evading the rush and breaking tackles. Add in the piss incident, the fake Christian persona, the lawsuit for another season of eligibility, and live-streaming after Theo Von fucked his mom, he’s just an embarrassment more than anything. It takes a lot for me to not root for a homie playing football but Pavia pulled it off.

Dude is 24 years old grown ass man that sued to come back to school to play against a bunch of kids and then try and shit talk them about winning an award he isn’t even good enough for at his age. If he was half as good as he believes himself to be he would have been off to the NFL already. I expect to see a lot of hero ball from him on Saturday.

Like, historically and statistically speaking, have these threads turned well  for the longhorns in the outcomes of the actual game?

You have a point. Our team’s success on the field turns on threads about opposing players and coaches on fan message boards. @immamac, please delete thread and ban user.

I contracted Diego Pavia once after a game weekend in Lubbuttocks and some quality time with Tech ladies. It cleared up after a series of shots.

We really should focus on being funny and less on being predictive.

Where is all the Diego Pavia shit talk and funny memes about what Texas is gonna do to him?

Crossposting

Ugh, fuck.. fine. I guess tag me in then.

  • Diego Pavia on his best day is heaving it 150 yards per game. That is only slightly farther than Brandon Baker heaves us backwards every game with penalties.
  • Diego Pavia is known as a field general and a leader. I guess you really do pick up some things in your early 30's. If he had a star for every year of eligibility he would be an 8 star general - Supreme leader of the galactic fleet and second only to gimpy the nacho vendor for longest tenured retard at Vanderbilt.
  • Diego Pavia bears a striking resemblance to that time I pressed my bulldogs face against my ex-girlfriend's windshield to see how much snot and drool I could get on there.
  • Diego Pavia once beat Joe Namath in a pushup contest when both were in their prime.
  • Diego Pavia is going to shit out his own helmet on Saturday after about the 14th TFL. It will be slightly less entertaining than watching him become the trainee of the month at Duncan Donuts in January.
  • Diego Pavia is both the before and after uncle Rico at the same time.
  • Diego Pavia regularly throws for more yards in warmups than in games.
  • Diego Pavia once fought a trashcan and lost.
  • Diego Pavia threw for... checks notes... 1,485 yards during his high school career. South Austin's mom has a body count bigger than that.
  • Diego Pavia has never ended a season above 60% completions, even at New Mexico Military Junior College.
  • Diego Pavia is making over $2 Million in NIL this season, that equates to almost $760 per passing yard for his career season average.
  • But VERTIGOOOO... HE IS A RUNNIN Quarterback!  Diego Pavia runs like the statues outside the coop.
  • Diego Pavia has only once rushed for more than 800 yards in his decades long college career.
  • Diego Pavia idolizes Johnny Manziel. Chances that Pavia exits Vanderbilt with any of his NIL money are zero point zero. But it's not all bad, at least him and Johnny can sit together when they try do autograph sessions at the local 7eleven.
  • Diego Pavia is the first college quarterback to get a Propecia NIL deal.
  • Diego Pavia is so stupid he failed the doctor's exam on hims.com
  • I hear they came out with a new grading system for Diego Pavia at Vanderbilt, it is called the Pavia Curve.

The way I see is, if we win, we enjoyed the festivities before and after the game. If we lose, we at least enjoyed them before the game, and more importantly, we get to enjoy again prior to the next game. Until all our games are done with a close loss in a nearby bowl game.

Diego Pavia thinks Blake's Lotaburger with green chiles is better than Whataburger with jalepenos.

Coincidentally, he puts green chiles on everything, including his morning breakfast cereal.
