In terms of her violating any HR policy, I’ve read that the UM employee handbook says that reporting of any relationship is the sole responsibility of the senior employee/supervisor. There’s also the story that UM was investigating this situation for a couple of months and that she denied the relationship. I do agree that puts her in a bad light but any decent lawyer could successfully argue that she had to lie to keep her job given the athletic dept culture. Therefore it’s unreasonable to expect to tell the truth.

Put me on a jury and I would have zero qualms about making UM pay out.

The question really isn't whether UM can or will be held liable by a jury.

The question is more what kind of damages can she allege and prove and what kind of immunity does a state institution have in Michigan.  Those factors push the value of any suit way down, for UM, at least.

As noted, Moore probably has substantial assets and his exposure might be pretty large.  One thing, though.  The law recognizes that unequal employment relationships compromise consent.  But there is still an element of consent on her part and a jury is likely to take that into account, especially in awarding damages.

A year ago before they beat Tennessee ?  Totally

I took a really long break after Texas lost to Ohio state in the CFP. Day might have had a Michigan problem but he has 11 total losses in 8 seasons as HC. I don’t see how anybody could ever say sark is better than day. Eye ball test maybe? I’ll add that Michigan cheated its balls off to beat Ohio state in two or three of his losses to them.

tOSU had a bag machine built up. Texas had to catch up with NIL.

Yeah, who would wear the free promotional T-shirt to work.   Mine only gets worn on weekends at the kids sporting events.   Someone might notice my key chain however.

Moore won a national championship as OC at UM and served as acting head coach during 4 games that season during cheatin’ Jim Harbaugh’s suspension.

Yeah, that was Harbaugh's title my dude. Nobody is crediting Moore with that title because he was an OC lol

Ryan Day was gifted the best job in the US. Michigan has not been as good as they were during the cheating era. They got caught and had recruiting restrictions heaped on them, so them falling back to 9 wins is perfectly fine, especially since they made the mistake of scheduling two playoff teams OOC both years. Moore put together the number 6 and 11 recruiting classes for 25 and 26, with 5 5stars. Had they just played a normal OOC they are a 10 win team and in the playoffs with a freshman QB. He is a shitty human being but that doesn't mean he can't coach. Day just lost to Indiana after the number, 2, 4, 4, and 5 recruiting classes in a row. He also lost to Moore twice in a row with that same roster.

Weird that you are simping for this Moore dude. He was pretty clearly in over his head at Michigan, I mean look how he acted when Harbaugh got suspended, dude has issues. I wouldve given him until next year and then fired him since the team did improve in 2025, but then he went full dumbass and self eliminated by being a scumbag POS.

Co-oc at that.   Day had been an oc for ten years before he got his bump. Stoops was a dc for 5+. He’s skimping because at some point it became racial which is why he’s doing the same for sheduer

Sherrone could’ve coached for thirty more years?  Average 10m per year. Thus thing cost him roughly 300m

UM will pay for this to go away. They don’t want this in court or in the press every day. It will be a distraction even if ESPN or Barstool fail to cover it.

not to mention that she could very well know about more UM secrets including other coaches who cheat on their wives.

Yep. I had and shared that thought years ago. I need way too much help managing my life. I couldn’t have an affair without getting my wife’s help to schedule things, and then, she’d be all judgey: “Really? Her? [eyeroll, then sigh]. Whatever. You do you. Just remember to swing by HEB on the way home, we need milk and I have prescription ready for pickup. Don’t forget.” And my assistant would have to help me make sure that my rendezvous wouldn’t conflict with some damned meeting or Teams call or a hearing. “Are you sure you have time for that? You have to be in court in Waco the next morning at 9:00.”

Moore was hired because he was one of the few left from the previous cheating regime and this was his payoff to keep his mouth shut. Fin.

Calling out obvious bullshit is not simping. Cheating on your wife makes you an unqualified football coach? Look no further than the bullshit we have going on here. Urban Meyer, Joey Freshwater, Bobby Petrino etc etc. The news was out about Michigan in the middle of the season when Harbaugh was there. Michigan let Harbaugh win a national championship, and then gracefully retire. The players found out and then anyone who was draftable tried their hand at the NFL, which is why they had 13 players drafted. They had recruiting restrictions dropped on them too. So of course a drop off was going to happen. So dude coached his way back to just barely missing the playoffs, with a true freshman QB, and scheduling a CFP team OOC. All while landed a high level recruiting class. He coached them to a good season considering he didn't have the luxury of cheating and had to deal with a mass exodus.

Then look at the Deion thread. 146 pages of vitriol for a team we don't even play. The Riley thread is 60 pages, and we have history there. So much hate for a kid that will go down as one of the best passers in CFB history. Kid played two years behind a shit line and still has the highest completion percentage in history, 7364 passing yards, and 64 TDs vs only 13 INT's. Four years of that would exceed Colt's numbers by a good bit.

Again, don't get mad when called out for your bullshit and try to play victim.

Just an FYI for everyone, generally. In almost any press coverage of any criminal case, the media seems determined to add together the potential sentences and give a “faces up to a total of ______” statement.

This is misleading AF because stacking sentences is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RARE.

They will run concurrent.

But that's what they taught them to do in journalism school  It's sort of like their obsession with "This is the biggest [thing] since [date]." There's usually not nearly enough time to make whatever happened sound historic. It's the biggest gathering of donkeys since donkey fest in 2019. As some of you may know, I despise cookie cutter "journalists" just following the template.

Rush over to CR for more of my enormously brilliant comments!

I don't think anyone is a victim other than the woman who was stalked and had her house broken into and then was threatened with a butter knife and pair of scissors.....

Disgraced ex-University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore offered OnlyFans models tickets in exchange for foursome, report says

Disgraced ex-University of Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore offered OnlyFans models season tickets in exchange for a foursome during a rager at a Houston hotel hours after winning the National Championship game in 2024, a report says.

OnlyFans model Mia Sorety, a Wolverines super fan who previously claimed the married father of three would send her messages on the tawdry platform, revealed Moore requested to meet her hours after his team won the big game at NRG Stadium.

The coach said he was seeking some non-sexual fun — but the then-offensive coordinator made the NSFW proposition.

“[Sherrone] was offering me and 2 other onlyfans girls season tickets in exchange for a 4 sum [sic] hotel fun,” Sorety told Outkick, using text lingo for four-person group sex.

“I declined because I’m already rich and can buy my own tickets,” she said.

Michigan beat Washington 34-13 in the National Championship — which was celebrated by Sorety who attended the game in a skimpy outfit, according to her Instagram.

The pin-up further claimed that Moore was “venting to me about his wife and side chick drama,” according to the report.

Sorety previously claimed that Moore sent her messages on the platform during halftime of a game against Michigan’s archrival Ohio State on Nov. 29. The Wolverines were crushed by the Buckeyes in that game, 27-9.

From what I understand he threatened to harm himself with the scissors and butter knife.

Although watching someone try and off themself with a butter knife would not only be awful but it would take an entire day. Nobody got time for that

Yeah anybody who willingly coaches for Oklahoma deserves all the shit they get lol. I do agree the anger or vitriol towards Deion is a bit strange. Surly gonna surly. If I ever find myself agreeing or understanding every thread then it’ll be time to quit the internet haha.

I don’t hate Deion.

i hate the part of the media that tried to make him out as some great coach and that CU was some awesome team after squeaking by TCU.

i don’t particularly care for how he handled his son dropping in the draft, but his son has a chance now to prove everyone wrong (I doubt he does).

You know the funny thing about OnlyFans, it has all these hundreds of millions of users, and all these girls are making tons and tons of money, yet I've never met a single person who says they have an account.

I’ve seen people with their account names on the back of their vehicle or on tshirts. It’s crazy. I know one or two for sure that have them, or did and admit it. At least to some people.
