How he fits at Texas: Dixon is a 6-foot, 180-pound Mr. Versatility. He can play on both sides of the ball – RB, WR, slot/H, nickel/CB. He thrives on offense, as Scott Surratt’s Bulldogs put him in the best possible position to succeed. He has great athleticism. He’s been to the state track & field meet two years in a row for triple jump. He’s got speed, agility, and great body control in a frame that could get to 200 pounds. He might lack the explosiveness the slot spot requires in the UT offense, but like his brother, nobody is catching him from behind. He’s got a humble personality that will mesh perfectly in the Texas locker room. Culture fit, imo. – Justin Wells

No such thing as too many playmakers on either side of the ball. Will be interesting to see where he sticks.

If you saw this in a football themed movie, you'd say "ok, that's a little over the top."  That it happened in real like is still amazing to me every time I see this

I think I was seated at the 20 on that side of the field. Earl was, and I don't use this word much, awesome. Peerless in my time although I just about never saw Barry Sanders play.

I think he will end up being one of the best players in this class.
