So fucking frustrating.  This easily Could have been The Year if we had a decent coach.
All but two teams look like complete dog shit.

In the last 11 years that same statement could have been made at least 5 times... and the only constant in those years was Texas was no where near the top 8 to take advantage.

A rousing win over Baylor, assuming in some galaxy that would actually happen, would put us in a solid position next week, I really think we'll crack the top 40!

Who says we don't have anything to play for????

We will soon find out just how badly the team wants Mensa gone.

This is the smart guy that put Texas 25 on his AP ballot:

Also interesting is that Kirk Bohls has OU high than any other AP voter.

Lol Kirk Bohls has Kansas State at #6 and SMU at #8. That site is pretty cool was coming to post it myself.

So we're 46th. Way behind Army, Liberty, and UAB. This is fine.

Hey, the Black Knights have only lost on the road to #9 Cincinnati...   LOLz.

Bearcats #9?   No fucking way...

Georgia drops 1 spot for losing to Bama by 17. Gotta keep SECSEC teams up there so they can play leapfrog.

It's hilarious how much was made of Georgia having the most talent in college football. Every year is a #1 recruiting class. They're gonna beat Bama! Fuck, just slide them down a spot and let's try again in the SECCG lol

What other conference matters this year? ACC because they picked up Notre Dame?

2 SEC teams are getting in this year, even a 2 loss SEC team will get in over a 1 loss team from a shit conference.

Okie lite will have to go undefeated to have a chance

Agree, but that's always been the case for any B12 team not named OU.

(or, theoretically, Texas, but that hasn't been an issue this past decade)

Normally I’d be thrilled to see my Pokes in the top-10 but now it doesn’t move the needle...at all.  Feels like 2015 all over again.

They're a fraud.

Sagarin has BYU at -14 v. ND on a neutral field which feels a bit steep.   But BYU is really good.   Top 10 for sure, probably top 8.

At least they are playing games, having Oregon and Pedo State up there in the rankings just makes me giggle. How do you never take the field and be ranked above teams that have won 3 to 5 games and lost none.

If Georgia wins out and loses to Alabama in the SEC championship there is no way they get in with two losses to Alabama

Step right into my recruiting nightmare. No way they get out with only 1 one loss.

Outside of Bama and maybe Georgia when they arent stepping on their own micro-peens...the SEC isnt looking good this year across the board.

Yeah, the SEC isn't all that great this year.  But neither are the ags.  They'll likely finish with a better record than us, but it won't be just 1 loss and they won't be going to the CFP.

As far as aggy in the CFP.  It all depends in Florida Georgia next week.  If Georgia wins, no chance for aggy.  But if Florida wins, aggy will be the number 2 SEC team assuming they don’t shit the bed by the end of the season.  I don’t see Cincinnati or a 1 loss Big12 team keeping them out.  Will a 7 win PAC12 team get the nod instead?  Oregon?  Fzck me.

lol.  Actually, looking objectively, if the Ags get past Arkansas and Auburn, not many teams they play look worth a crap.  But they crap the bed every year.  But they have a new coach so who knows.

Gus...you're our only hope!
