Yeah...which play.

That's kind of like the loochador when he claims that if only aggy hadn't sucked on play x they would have had the momentum and confidence to also not suck on plays a, b, c, y, and z.

Trying to figure out how a team makes up a 10 point deficit in one play.

if said play was a touchdown, then if opposing team instead gets a pick 6 that is a 14-point swing.  the aggies aren't stupid.

It has been nearly 4 years since Horns with Heart and the Pancake factory. Hell Banks and Williams are in the NFL already...and they STILL don't understand that every single thing that we did was completely, utterly and entirely legal and above board by the letter of the law and cleared by Texas compliance, NCAA compliance...oh and the mother fucking IRS. It truly is astounding that they think we were acting shady while they were coming off the biggest bag dropping recruiting cycle of all time

Stoopid Sip!  If Arch had fumbled on his TD run for a scoop and score, well one play Ags win with 4 points to spare.

they were much closer….. like 1 play from being fucking shutout…coulda easily been 24-0.

It really should have been 31-0. We bogged down in the red zone way too often in that game.

In fairness... that's a pretty low bar right? Since the Football team has won 4, 2, 4 and 5 (cue moronic Kyle Field SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! Chant)  SEC games in the last 4 seasons...

Okie dokie. Olin collects the wisdom and articulation of Coach Ivy League Grad.

Olin. I feel a theme coming on. Amaze me.

Prey. Noun-verb thing. Fairly promising. Compliments.

I've rankled. I "pray" you don't hate me forever.

image.png.15ebb8ad58b41e26322cef6961e0df81.pngI don't get it.

Let's proceed, shall we?

image.png.82927aca03bed67f8a1c2e6bbec91ada.png

Bam! Hunting. Work it, Olin!

* At the end of the year, LSU was ranked second!

image.png.1737a5a01e1826955866e1a0d9d6ebd9.png

And it was still an upset victory for 10th ranked A&M!

Standby for gangsta reversal of mood. Cue Ice Cold Olin:

Day-yum. Truth bomb and rhyme. You gotta give me something, bro. This actually reads like writing. Save me, Olin!

image.png.f2d45a46ddb0ed62887551c68a2fc58a.pngRoma asks for a miracle. Olin gives him the F B I  The Elk.

Sooo, Elko displays his thorough knowledge of A&M football history. They were in a totally new position. Starting fast, flying high, and, then, shockingly, the flaming spiral to 8-4. Nobody saw it coming because the dear old Texas Aggies from Texas had never been there before.

Didn't handle well or the "right way?" Astounding the world, the Aggies emerged from their heroic victory over the Bowling Green Seniors primed for greatness, and... Like Alanis says, you learn.

You "learn" that you play football games to finish a season. Keen insight. Next year, we learn that winning some of them might be important, too. It's a steep learning curve in College Station. Coming up on 90 years.

Hunted? Everybody saw A&M as their Super Bowl. Of course.

I guess the learn thing works for Elko. He doesn't know how to win a natty like Jimbo does.

Olin's got his hooks in this week's theme:

image.png.0849fd6a61421797866b3fa1787c16ef.png

Bam!

image.png.6400a5a5d2e17dd7e730db966320646f.png

Deduct points for no chip on the shoulder.  Shrewd understatement with "a little bit." I Vee League.

image.png.2572821fe1830dfb2026db45f216c1e6.png

Sick burn, Olin.

image.png.f9a368a0dc6bdecb6ef5b346e3942617.pngtee hee hee, sippie.

Time to pump Reed:

image.png.0f7142714854d322ca12c6a99da8b582.png

That LSU victory maybe plays just a little bit too heavily in assessing last year's team, my friend.

Why do this to yourself, Olin? Suggesting Reed is Lagwayesque or ever superlagwayesque? Really?

Lagway's last five games reg season (didn't play us)

image.thumb.png.dbac889ed4889af4ecb9e58a44770932.png  Winning

Reed's

image.png.20a80b01dec8c3f44b8ee48a0c33c365.png

Losing

Just stop. Nobody wants to trade Lagway for Reed.

I skip some of the usual babble to get to this week's Elko Mysterious Sentences and, of course, Olin's big finish:

1 Ad nauseum is not a good thing, you know that don't you?

2 What team? What are you talking about?

3 Have it tatooed on your wrist so you can roll up the long sleeve of your baby nightshirt and see American football.

4 There it is! The annual chip of victory! And it's a strong chip! It's a gym rat chip!

Olin brings another one into port.

Aggies starting 6-1. - sweet!

Back to the norm -

Sark was using that game to practice his "bog down in the red zone" plays for the upcoming playoffs.

Maybe aggy is paying him in pennies out of spite, and that’s just from him carrying it into the bank.

His $76M payout, if my bev-nap math is not too bad, weighs most of a ton in 100-dollar bills

edit 0s were way off -- $100M literally weighs a metric ton

those things proved to be amazing investments.  I feel like most, if not all of them have gained value since the buying spree when they were introduced a few years ago.
