Some of these responses are quite amazing and say a lot about what is wrong with people and sports in general. The fucked up treatment of women (as well as plenty of others) is ridiculous and any justification of the action is ridiculous. Bare minimum, kick him off the team. If legally it gets worked out and he is good enough to play, he’ll get an opportunity and hopefully learn from it.

Should’ve kicked his ass off after the 2nd incident. Some people never learn. That drug dealing TE a couple years ago from Oklahoma  was a total 5 year waste of a scholarship (fuck you herman) but at least he stayed out of trouble after the first arrest in high school.

He ended up going to medical school. Not sure if he can get a DEA controlled substance license, though.

His dad was a millionaire NCAA head basketball coach. Good for him I guess but he probably didn’t need to take up a roster spot here to turn out fine in life.

Who am I kidding if he didn’t come here someone equally as shitty would’ve been in his place.

So your example of a routine malcontent is a guy who made one mistake before he got here and then was never in trouble again? Interesting.

That’s the exact opposite of my point. He was an example of someone that messed up and didn’t do it again, hence the “at least…”. Congrats

Didn't he end up getting a pharmacy degree or something?

“According to the report, an officer was dispatched to 309 E 21st Street on Monday around 9:43 p.m. There, the 19-year-old victim, Ibraheem’s girlfriend, told the officer she was involved in a physical altercation and that Ibraheem had pushed her down the stairs outside his bedroom.”

There’s no place for this fucking idiot at Texas. Let him transfer to ou.

Nebraska could use a man of his ill repute.

I'm wondering if the hard lesson that actions have consequences might improve this guy's life. It seems allowing him to continue to make bad decisions and never being held accountable is what would ultimately ruin his life. He certainly didn't seem to learn anything from how he was treated after his first run-in with the law.

Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

You talking about personal responsibility? 😁
