If Dems take control of the house and subpeona Trump's tax returns, Newt Gingrich says that the legal fight will go to the Supreme Court and "We will see whether or not the Kavanaugh fight was worth it."

I read this four times.  He's trying to say something, but I damn sure don't know what.

Twitter was a rocket ship, blasting off and profiting from fake Russian troll accounts.  Now its a slow moving blimp because trolls can't maintain or create new accounts as easily.  As for the bias part?  It seems they are biased against bots, and Trump loves bots because they tell him they love him.

Lost in this is that AI is now perfected to the point where it can ensnare Trump types completely.  Trump is already like Joaquin Phoenix in Her.  The rest of us are still waiting to hear it in Scarlett Johansson's voice.

He's bitching about the fake accounts that Twitter removed. Surprise, surprise, surprise, his number of followers dropped significantly as a result.

Those who gave to his charity don't give a shit. They gave to his charity to buy influence and curry favor.

How in the blue hell has his "charity" not been shut down yet??  This shamgraftery has been going on openly for what?--more than a decade or so?

It has been.  He did this in 2014.  The real question is why he wasn't prosecuted for theft and tax fraud for taking other people's charitable contributions to benefit himself.

Per the article that Henry James linked,  it is being prosecuted in New York now.

there's a civil suit against the foundation for self-dealing.  No one has been prosecuted yet.

I don't think it has been dissolved.  There is still a lot of legal back & forth going on between Trump and the NYAG.

Trump said he was dissolving it.  Not sure if it's legally been dissolved yet, however.

Wow. Trump had people yelling "fake news" in his mini-rally to young black leaders. And he smiled and continued to talk about how he's the most persecuted person in the world. It's not surprising that the narcissist can't see it, but it's so gutting to know that family is going to be repeating it later today.

The sad thing is that the messages on his crazy van are mainstream Republican ideas these days.

We've all seen similar vehicles in Texas that are covered in that kind of shit. Usually the occupants also live in the van.

The fact that his van could cruise around for who knows how long without being vandalized is crazy. Maybe we aren't that politically charged.

Little known fact, but Top Youth Soccer Recruits are a real core part of the Trump base!

He does seem to also have an obsession with UNC soccer.  National Champs every year forever!  UNC probably doesn't have many people like this.  Too bad he didn't grow up in College Station.  He could have had community.

The owner/occupant of that van probably spent a lot of time waiting for somebody to vandalize it so he could bust out of the side doors looking to exercise his version of castle doctrine.

I get that.  But they aren't taking "charitable" donations anymore.  They're being sued by the state AG and can't take those so-called donations.  It is nonoperational.

I thought the judge dismissed the suit? There was something DOTARD was crowing about on his shitter recently.

Not even trying to hide their naked political agenda. Cryin' Brett Kavanaugh was selected in order to protect Donald Fucking Trump. That's what set that deeply flawed whiny little bitch apart from all the other Federalist Society-approved conservative candidates.

Yep.  Corruption at its finest and most obvious.

The suit's still pending.  There was some defamation claim brought by Stormy Daniels that was recently dismissed, and Trump took as complete and total victory over everything.

Holy shit. Trump was just asked if he could "tone down" the rhetoric. Trump responded with "I could tone it up!" and accusing the media of being extremely unfair to the GOP and equivocating that with bombs being sent in the mail

He's like a month away from explicit calls for his supporters to start targeting "enemies of the people."

The fight was for Kavanaugh was worth it if Trump's taxes are not revealed? What the fuck, Newt? Every President has revealed his taxes. Why is this one different? Because the mean Democrats are wondering what it is the President appears to want to keep hidden?

Newt has always been a shit stain on this country, but between this and his statements implying the recipients of the mail bombs deserved it because they were critics of the President, he has gone from worse to 'worser' to worst.

I don't understand why people carry water for this fool. When has Trump ever show appreciation for it?

Oh, we'll see his tax returns soon enough. Mueller already has them and every bit of what he has will eventually leak.

When will this grifter son of a bitch die?

It’s beautiful knowing the olds and their ideas are dying off.  It’s painful knowing the process is slow.  Trust the process.

The cry coming from the president and his supporters almost makes it worth it.

Perpetual snowflake victims, the lot of them.

Newt is a rotten son of a bitch who's a big reason why we are where we are today.  His demonization of the Dems, his unwillingness to compromise, not to mention his opening up the ownership of media to foreigners have come home to roost.

He's another one that can't depart the scene fast enough.  Why is he even talking?
