So Kraft Sandwich Spread = off brand Miracle Whip?

Not at all. They are 2 different beasts. Kraft Sandwich Spread is like 1000 Island and Miracle Whip had hot sex without protection.

Goddam, I gotta pick some up, haven't had that in forever.  Back when I was a kid, we celebrated all things Kraft.  Miracle Whip, Sandwich Spread, Kraft Singles and this were always in our fridge (yes, we were po, dirt po):

I'm gonna look for that. I don't think I've ever seen it before.

No Allsups nearby so… air fried burritos, HEB chili, cheese and Valentina’s.  No japs available sadly.

It does contain relish bits but it used to have quite a bit more relish content than it does now.

I didn’t brush mine with oil first but you can do that and get them closer to the fried Allsups style.

Do you put them in the fryer frozen or cooked in the microwave fjrst?

TIA

from my experience - when cooked from frozen the outside burns, gets rock hard before the inside gets to temp.  Either thaw or cook in microwave before finishing in air fryer

this method is great for frozen kolbasnik as well.  Microwave till the meat is hot, let cool, add to air fryer at 400 for a min

Growing up we were a Miracle Whip house but I don't think I have had it in 30 years.

Raised on Miracle Whip as well. After a decade of using Duke as my go to mayo. I saw a small jar of Miracle Whip and bought it. It was fucking god awful.

One more happy child hood memory died that day
