That chick (or maybe man now) is hideous. Dude is a billionaire and sticks his dick in that…. Oof.

yeahhhhhh, not sure he was still porking that even back in the 90s. When I was in school, I worked as a valet downtown at restaurants. Dell would roll up in his Porche with a different chick every time. Always tipped us $1 too, the cheap motherfucker. So we started parking his car as far away as possible since we knew we were getting the same $1 tip every time

Aggy added another OL portal pickup. LSU OT Tyree Adams.

That's LSU's starting LT, LSU' starting LG, and South Carolina's starting RG they've picked up in the past few days.

A&M will have to corch 'em up because they were all pretty bad last year.

God, I know you have a lot going on with mad men across the globe running amok and what not, along with Curt Cignetti using the blood of small children to fuel his meteoric rise and various cults and bad things, poverty and abuses and so forth. I get it, but if you could answer this small prayer today, I promise I’ll work towards being a better person - please, please give us better things to talk about than Cal football and saying terrible things about some homely lady none of us know. Thanks in advance, ctj.

If we can't talk about Cal Football then I nominate we start worrying about the numbers.

Aggie 247, on Coleman.

I think the highlighted spoonerism says it all, and can be a tagline - Coleman is contempt!!

whats better, being contempt and signing with the aggy or content and signing with Texas ?

I just hope everybody has fun

If you can't sell Austin, Arch Manning, and Unmatched NIL money to Portal WRs, you are bad at recruiting and should feel bad. That's all I'm saying.

Besides Cal, the Arizona State talk is also a beating, but then I see we are inviting it with the thread title…

Its odd to target 2 of the worst OL's in the SEC.

About time to get grok to make a picture of Sark holding a giant platter of bread. If he doesn't start getting offensive players locked up in the next day or 2.

Texas 2026. We only came to play defense.

True. Unless you can actually coach an offensive lineman. Aggy OL overperformed last year - credit to them. So quite frankly they get the benefit of the doubt here

We have 2 problems - too much bread and shitty OL coaching. That is a BAD combo as we saw this past year. Their one problem pales in comparison.

I mentioned a few years ago the idea of starting an OL camp in Austin, bringing in high schoolers from across the country to stay and train with NFL, ex-NFL, and coaches. Make it ground zero for OL training.

We should do that

Here is what I will say about my experience with Cal. My godson played for them. Bear Insider is controlled by a big Silicon Valley attorney or somesuch. He controls the narrative to the point that it’s whatever he wants it to be. When Nando (Mendoza) was there, they initially weren’t paying him (while paying two QBs ahead of him, even though he won the job). Then, they were vastly underpaying him. All the while, the narrative on Bear Insider was that he was being properly paid amounts that were nowhere near reality. When a teammate posted on the board that what the board was hearing was blatantly false, he was summarily shouted down and dismissed. Bear Insider (like others, I’m sure) says what it wants and hears what it wants. What I just wrote is straight from Nando and teammates and I have little doubt that if I brought this up to some Cal boosters, it would be dismissed. Weird stuff.

Fanboys know no economic boundaries. But ultimately with the wealthy booster, it’s about control.

Goddamn dude, do you have any relatives who aren't D1 athletes?

I am not sure A&M out-performed last year. Most people expected them to have the best OL in the SEC int eh preseason. I do not think that played out, when we saw them vs quality competition. They kind of did the same cycle as Texas. Start a young OL ride them, they become solid 3 years down the road (2024 season), and then OH shit (2025). We will see if A&M says "Oh, shit" in 2026.

Per Bobby/Gerry - the Cal LB Cade Uluave will be visiting Texas later this week.

Bobby also mentioned the possibility of Wisconsin OG Joe Brunner visiting this week.

Joe Cook: Texas Longhorns transfer portal notes as day six begins

Yesterday brought some punches but the commitment of Rutgers cornerback Bo Mascoe. What will today bring? First, a tidbit from last night that we put into the mods thread. Wisconsin starting guard Joe Brunner entered the transfer portal. From @Evan_Flood over at Badger Blitz:

Brunner has started the last 24 games for Wisconsin, mainly at left guard. Over the past four seasons, Brunner has appeared in 39 games.

A source tells Badger Blitz that Texas and Indiana are both vying for Brunner. Brunner, listed at 6-foot-5, 317 pounds, logged 694 offensive snaps and had a PFF offensive grade of 66.5, a pass blocking grade of 72.7, and a run blocking grade of 63.9. One penalty this season. We also mentioned yesterday that NC State OL Jacarrius Peak had reported interest in Texas. We’ll see what the Longhorns think of him. Monitoring the Andrew “Ed” Sprague situation at this juncture. We’re also watching an offensive lineman but he’s on a playoff team.

Arizona State running back Raleek Brown is set to fly out to Texas today after visiting with Jabbar Juluke in Arizona yesterday. Wisconsin linebacker Christian Alliegro, who played through a loss to Ohio State with a broken bone in his arm, visited Texas and Ohio State in recent days. Nothing is known about any further visits for the Avon Old Farms product. Speaking of linebackers, Cal linebacker appeared in the transfer portal officially yesterday afternoon. Texas has interest in the Utah native and we’re checking to see if a visit is planned.

Let’s party.

I’m just glad we are all in. Could be bad not to be

Maybe you could write up how you would present this really unique point of view into a sales presentation and we can have our NIL folks on this thread forward to Moncrief? Powerpoint is probably best.

Whatever else happens our defense is going to be legit next year.

"317lbs is not big enough" - Kyle Flood probably. For real.

You're right. These results are good enough and exceed The Standard.

Don't think so, he has a no contact tag.

Marshall is a guy that Texas is pining for and I don’t get it.

Interesting. I guess he's fairly big and had good numbers but I haven't watched him enough to opine. Supposedly some Michigan mods have been hinting that Haynes may go portaling if he stays in school. That might just be speculation though.

If you have a matching offer at a major P2 program, why would you play guard or center for Kyle Flood? Is there any doubt the consistent underperformance on our interior since Sark has been here is being highlighted by those recruiting against us? I guess we will see how things shake out but it seems we are likely forced to overpay for these interior guys. The question is, are we even able to with what the rest of the line is getting paid? Priority #1 is Goosby. Surely he has to be the highest paid player in that room. Sark made a complete mess on the OL and instead of going all the way to fixing it by firing his loyalist Flood, he has chosen to fix it solely in the portal. Seems like a bad spot to me.

I would be shocked. They need to take at least five OL now.

Yeah but you also get to block for Arch Manning and that will bring a big spotlight. I think the bigger issue is moving across the country when you already have roots at a university when the money is similar.
