And his dad's secretary is named Riker and Riker's dad's secretary was named Brock.

Brock Riker and that North Dakota C would be nice additions to the OL.

Fucking sucks that we are apparently missing on Woodward to Miami. He would have been an excellent fit playing alongside Smith. Not sure we have much chance at that LB from Pitt.

Only if he plays LG. That RG out of ECU is a definite take.

Totally. ECU guy at RG would round out the line and get us close to where we need to be

What about the Texas State kid makes you think he would be a nice addition? Genuinely asking. Looked him up and he wasn't even first or second team All-Conference in the Sun Belt. I don't follow Texas State at all so just curious. Flood deserves zero benefit of the doubt in who he targets.

I looked up Spetic's misses out of curiosity. From this year we have:

  • Memphis vs. Georgia State, 46-yard FG attempt from the left hash. Plenty of leg, but hooked well left

  • Memphis vs. Arkansas, 46-yard FG attempt from dead center. Plenty of leg, but hooked well left (again)

  • Memphis vs. South Florida, 45-yard FG attempt from dead center. Plenty of leg but misses it just left of the upright.

  • Memphis vs. Navy, 31-yard FG attempt from the left hash. You guessed it, he hooked it well left. Really bad miss.

  • Memphis vs. North Carolina State, 56-yard FG attempt from the left hash. Fell short and hooked left.

No blocked kicks, mishandled snaps, or any other issues. IDK what Banks sees in this guy tbh. Pretty average.

Maybe he’ll be our Kickoff guy and still looking for a FG guy

He's not Cole Hutson

If we’re going all in, I need more than what we have currently penciled in. Yes more will enter but if we’re making it rain, time to really make it rain. 6-7 so far the first weekend? And losing 17? Interesting.

Just rotate him 5 degree to the right.

No problems.

Born and raised here and I’ve still always hated saying “y’all”. Spiritually I know I should’ve grown up in the Bronx, I know I would have fit right in.

Why is that? Are people in the Bronx really stupid too?

Jk. Maybe.

You think either of those guys just offer guys without Sarkisian and Harris signing off?

Kickoff and long-range field goal specialist would make sense.

Highly doubt the guy would transfer to just be a kickoff guy. Plus UT has a high school guy coming in.

What exactly do you consider a good year? Because the Ole Miss kicker who was amazing last night, still missed 3 kicks this year. Also, blocked and tipped kicks just go down as misses too, so just looking at a stats page is not enough to know anything.

Here are all five of Spetic's misses from this year. Judge for yourself.

easier to cure a hook instead of a slice. and at least he isn't Speithing the 2 way miss.

No misses from the right-hash?
Auto take

Looks like a minor mechanical issue. Five minute adjustment and 100 practice kicks later he’s a 95% kicker. Bing bang bong - bob’s your uncle.

Wiltfong update on Cam Coleman

The No. 1 player in the On3 Transfer Portal Rankings, former Auburn receiver Cam Coleman, has five schools strongly in the mix. On3 is told that the contenders are Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, USC and Alabama.

Coleman is currently in Austin to visit the Longhorns. On3’s Pete Nakos reports Texas’ confidence is high that they can land the talented pass catcher.

Nakos is also hearing Coleman will visit Texas A&M after this Texas trip. He has some long-standing relationships in College Station.

On3 is also hearing from two sources not to sleep on Texas Tech in this recruitment. The Red Raiders are ready to present Coleman with a significant NIL offer, as well as being featured in the offense. Texas Tech is definitely a team to watch.

Coleman came to The Plains as one of the highest-rated recruits in recent Auburn history. Across two seasons, he hauled in 84 passes for 1,215 yards and 12 touchdowns. And the Alabama native did that despite the Tigers’ massive struggles in the passing game under Hugh Freeze.

As a high school prospect, Coleman was a Five-Star Plus+ recruit in the 2024 class. According to the Rivals Industry Ranking, an equally weighted average that utilizes all three major recruiting services, he was the nation’s No. 4 overall prospect and No. 2 wide receiver.

His family is coming too so, you know, Romaines to be seen.

Coleman isn’t going to fucking Texas Tech. He isn’t leaving the SEC.

I'm assuming they aren't paying up for 2 top LBs so would impact Woodyard

Wow awesome update Steveo, Tech is gonna feature one of the best WRs in the country in their offense? Really hard hitting stuff.
