Once again... on my commute to work, 2 lanes merge into 1. Normal people with logic, decency and common courtesy know the right move is to "zipper".

My blinkers are on for 30 seconds and my SUV is already moving left. The driver in the Lexus speeds up trying to cut me off.

Fuck you bitch. My SUV is bigger than yours. And this is a company car, I don't give a shit even if you hit me. It just means I get a new car earlier.

Years ago, I was leaving the Houston airport in a rented Kia and a guy in an Audi A8 wanted to try that crap. He backed off when he realized that I didn't care and the cost of fixing the paint on his front panel was more than the value of the crap I was driving.

That is me with shirts/jackets.  I am a tweener with either a large or extra-large.  Depends on the maker and the particular cut.  I have to try everything on before purchasing.  The problem is that I go to a lot of conferences/expos/etc. where the company wants us to provide our size to them so that they can custom order the "uniform" so that we all match.  At issue is that there is a lack of consistency on the brand that is being sourced so I cannot with certainty provide an accurate size.  There have been times where I am dressed different from others because what I was given did not fit.  I am going to a conference in Peru next month where they are providing the sport coat.  Who knows if it will fit or not?

Same. XLs swallow me sometimes but then I have larges that look like a kids size.

I think I even have a couple mediums right now that work for me based on how they're cut.

Being in between belt sizing.  I'm a 33" waist so 34' is short and 36" is way too big.

My belts have extra holes drilled in them for this reason. But with shirts, yeah it's a bitch.

Get ratchet belts.  Switched and love it.   Looks like normal belt but it slides into buckle with the ability to adjust the belt about every 1/8 inch.   Google for brands and options.

Shitty nail clippers.  I have a really good pair about 50 years old that came from my grandpa.  Heavy and easy to use, cut smoothly.
At our other house, there’s a pair my wife got from Walgreens or wherever that take 1000lbs of pressure to cut anything and the result looks like my nails were chewed on by a bucktoothed rat.

Ticks. My running trails are ATV trails in 1,000 acres of woods next to my house. Despite dousing in anti-tick stuff, I still pull those assholes off regularly. Just pulled one off my junk. Tiny little sucker, the size of a pinhead. I only saw him because he was in a very open and obvious location.

Edit:  I’ll be a little more specific. I enjoy receiving fellatio, but not from a tick.

Coming from New York to here one of the biggest adjustments is when I am walking somewhere. People meander A LOT when they walk here. Just all over the place like a drunk uncle at a cookout. I adjusted to it and it mostly doesn’t bother me because I mean what is the hurry to get anywhere here? We all live on an island in the middle of the Pacific. When I first arrived last year I had to realize life is the exact opposite of Manhattan. I move far slower now, but it took awhile. The drunk uncle-like walking from people is still odd to me, but I laugh about it more than anything now.

Truth here.  I'm usually a L, but needing to bump up more often to XL.  Some of that is on me, but a lot is due to the change in cuts.  Everytime the company does t-shirt swag, they ask us, then find some obscure Chinese t-shirt company that does some hipster boyfriend pocket t-shirt and they run three sizes too small.  And the older Developers come waltzing in looking like they gave up on Cross Fit on January 15th of every year.

The thing that bugs me the most is when I see a pick up truck in the left hand lane. I can't tell you exactly why that bugs me more than any other vehicle.

I think subconsciously,  think that if you drive an F150 or something similar, you should either know the curtesy rules or you really don't need a pick up, you just have a small penis

I'm fed up with deleting so much crap and started clicking unsubscribe on stuff. They then say "please allow 10 days to take affect." It's all fucking electronic, how does it take 10 days for a system to simply remove me from the list? Shouldn't it be instantaneous? Fucking internet shit.

Even more aggravating: a few newsletters the unsubscribe link is a bad link and won't load! And one newsletter it loads and says "you have been unsubscribed" but the newsletters keep coming.

The most asshole driver on the road is whipping their 2009 Nissan Altima across lanes at 90 MPH while rolling on one donut, another missing hubcap, and fake or expired dealer tags. It is ever thus.

The knee brace guy in any sport. Dude today was rocking two, neither of them the actual medical meaningful pieces but the Walgreens rack special.

Told me to go easy on him and gestured at the knees then proceeded to explode for about 30 seconds then stop the roll to readjust his braces.

I don’t drive, so how about jerkoff bicyclists who run stop signs at full speed? Rules of the road.

Or Lime scooters in the middle of the sidewalk.

Amarillo drivers.

They'll get there eventually.

It was a huge adjustment from H-town metro.

Because they sit there and want you to go around. Especially true if it’s a diesel. They think the rules do not apply to them because reasons and you can wait for their big asses to figure out how to change lanes.

They are oblivious to traffic and life around them.

Same for Prius drivers.

Ha, he’s this absolutely massive (6-4 or 6-5, pushing 300), older guy who is a new white belt (I’m a not-so-new white belt) who just wouldn’t play nice in the sandbox.  He wanted to do positional sparring, and specifically asked “let’s dial the intensity down.” I’m fine with that but he proceeded to ape out with as much strength as he could and then would say “hold on, my knee” and stop to readjust the his knee braces.

There was another WTF moment during the drilling portion where the first time we went to practice a sweep, he didn’t go for it but instead reached out and yanked my posting arm like a madman while I was compliant and just waiting in position for him to try the sweep. I did tell him off for that shit; “what the hell man, we need to drill the move we are learning; we aren’t sparring. I’m trying to let you feel how to do it and I’m not going to be really compliant the first few times so trying to yank other shit isn’t cool.”

He also hadn’t washed his rash guard. Asshole. He just won’t get another roll from me.

Some douchecanoe had red and blue LED lights facing front on his truck. They were constantly on but they'd be blocked the reappear as traffic passed between us, making him look a bit like a cop. Fucking jackass. Everyone with accessory lights needs to be dragged out of their car and beaten.

I was behind an idoit this morning on my way to work that was driving below the speed limit.  Vehicles were stacking up behind them anxiously trying to get to their destination.  We come upon a traffic light that turns red, with all of us having the ability to stop for it, all, except for the slow driving idoit that runs it.

You could have just said Nissan. The rest is implied.
